Italian Fresh Pizza — Restaurant in Black Diamond

I thought to my self, said self.. let's give it a shot, ordered one 18 inch all meat pizza, one 18 inch veg with no cheese, and an order of plain bread sticks.

The crust is on point, with that dash of home made love. The sauce was great and not too spicy, all of the veggies got cooked just right, with that tiny crisp you hear in each bite.

The breadsticks ended up more like a really nice home made flat loaf of French bread dressed to fit the part, no complaints here.

The all meat pizza was great, nothing but meat and cheese and that delicious home made crust and sauce, the seasoning was a bit on the mild side. A crowd pleaser.

The customer service was awesome, upon first meeting the owner, he treated me as a friend, not a dollar sign. He smiled and had an all around great energy coming off. When I was there the restaurant quickly filled up, he was very busy and still managed to treat me with outstanding genuine customer Service

While I did check reviews ahead of time and saw some complaints I was in the mood for local pizza not big box chain (my son's favorite 🙄). I took the risk.

I ordered veggie and got pepperoni for my son. Both were delicious. We also ordered garlic bread sticks and bought the last two baklava he had left for the day.

Tons of leftovers but I like cold pizza for breakfast and my son loves microwave leftover pizza 🤢🤪.

The veggie pizza was delicious and we both very much enjoyed the bread sticks. I didn't think to ask my son about his pizza, he eats way too much pepperoni pizza so 🤦‍♀️🤷‍♀️.

Conversation was actually refreshing, the owner is very personable and it's nice having small talk while you wait. I'm a social person so I find it a much better experience to engage with people about life, where they're from etc. He does have a strong accent as mentioned in other reviews but I don't mind.

Ordered two pizzas from this establishment for the first time today. This pizza is different from all others due to the unique and amazing crust. It is thin on the bottom, and light and bubbly on the edges with a crispy exterior--this former NY gal never had anything quite like it, despite having experienced (and loving) NY pizza for most of my life and sometimes getting home deliveries of Lou Malnati's Chicago pizzas! I am so thrilled to have found this unique gem and can't wait to place my next order to experience that fabulous crust with different toppings!
