Pizza Hot-Line — Restaurant in Blackman Charter Township

I wouldn't put this on blast and show these embarassing subs, our family have been loyal customers for years, and the service and food have been great until the past couple months.

We go out of the way to support local business, despite if it costs more than franchise fast food, because we're paying extra for better quality and supporting local economy. A couple weeks ago, pizza toppings were all down the side of the box, it was replaced, and we even gave the driver a extra tip for the extra trip to fix their mistake. Resolved, fine, whatever.

These are the non-refundable subs from our $93 order yesterday, being fair, the subs are $21, they're both around $8.50 but the deluxe italian has added 50 cents for 3 cut black olives, $1.91 of pepperoni, and $1.59 of extra cheese. No deduction for charchol solid blackened bread and wilted lettuce (slimey with no dressing). But we can call sometime for replacements. Doubt we'd get that desperate again though.

The phone operator was nice and trying to resolve this matter effectively, but he was told by an owner or manager lady that she wasn't going to process the refund. Even the drivers have mostly always been polite and friendly and get tipped well.

Final tip, the staff should revolt and fire the boss, we'll gladly deal with the crew, a business owner refusing to refund mistakes has no place in a food...

The absolute best place to go when you're just in the mood for a good old fashioned pizza! Nothing too fancy, there's not even a place to eat at the establishment, and I think that's a good thing! These fine folks care more about the pizza than anything, and trust me when I say that THEY DELIVER!

This is my favorite pizza place in Jackson when you just want to pick up a pizza and take it home! Barbecue chicken pizza is TOP NOTCH but for me it's just the simplicity and taste of their cheese and pepperoni pizza that wins me over time and time again!

If I want to dress up and have an amazing night out to dinner and get a fantastic tasting pizza while out for the night, sure, Klavons or Slice of Spice are the tickets. But when I want to just have a good old fashioned pizza night at my house, there is none better than Pizza Hotline! They're open super late, and their breadsticks are my daughter's second place in the entire city (behind only The Chase)!

Love this place! Plus they had bright walls LONG BEFORE Bright Walls! Kudos to this fine...

Ordered my pizza's online at 8:11pm. Said it would be ready by 8:56pm. They called at 8:45pm with 2 irrelevant questions to my order. I ordered 2 pizzas and they asked if I ordered 4 or just the 2. Then the girl made a snide remark about how the one would take longer to cook because of the toppings... and questioned my toppings because of it. Well...duh. I'm aware, I know what I ordered, and I don't need some little girls attitude. I have plenty of experience while pizza was that of 16 years ago...What I really said was, "that's fine. Take off the extra ground beef if it makes it easier." Nonetheless, she seemed irritated by my order. At 9:30pm the driver calls me asking for my address. And they apparently gave him the wrong one. So it has just been delivered at 9:55pm. I'm a straight shot and 12 minutes from pizza hotline. They sent the poor guy to Spring arbor, almost 20 minutes the...
