Harsh review coming -

I have given this ice cream shop numerous chances and it is always a complete disappointment. The ice cream sundaes, flurries, and glaciers never look like the advertisement when you order it. I have been to this place a handful of times and the ice cream to toppings ratio is poorly done. It’s all ice cream and NO toppings. The soft serve ice cream flavors are so bland and not sweet or creamy at all! I want the old Swiss Treat back. This is a pitiful place for Jackson natives to grab ice cream for a night time sweet treat. I will no longer be bringing my business to this place. I will 100% drive the extra miles and head to Cascade Ice Cream or Dairy Queen to enjoy some...

Not as good as Swiss Treat was - the prices are more expensive and you can't get whipped cream and a cherry on sundaes without paying extra. Pup cups used to be free but are now nearly $3. No flavor of the week for ice cream anymore either, only dole whip and no voting for flavors - something that I think everyone really enjoyed when it was under the...
