UPDATE 2/8/2022 Not sure if I'll return anytime soon..... I asked for chocolate sundae, the girl rang up hot fudge, no biggie, it was begrudgingly fixed (although they didn't know how to fix a plain chocolate sundae). We were the only ones in the dining room & observed drive-thru starting to get backed up. It seemed they were having a lot of trouble with one particular car. It seemed like all of the employees were complaining especially this one employee. She was talking in a very loud voice saying "if she knew that person was gonna be an a__hole, she would have went ahead & charged them for the food they didn't get." It was obvious she didn't think AND didn't care if any customers were in the store. It was at that time we decided to leave & my husband said maybe next time check to see if you have customers in your store before calling customers a__holes, to which she nonchalantly responds with "Oh, okay". I can only imagine what she said about us...

So I'm sitting in the drive thru waiting for our food when I see this woman drop the gravy containers in the floor. Then she picks them up. Puts the lid back on one of them and wipes off the outside and puts them in the serving window where they are bagged and brought to me. I then told the woman I didn't know how I felt about being served gravy that was dropped in the floor. She said nothing and kept extending the bag to me. So I took the bag and drove around. I went inside and told the ladies there what happened. Still no apology. So I said I wanted new ones and one of the ladies took them and I watched her make and bring me new ones. The other lady just repeated back to me what I had just said in question format. So I thanked them for their trouble and left. Still no apology. So I forgive you Dairy Queen but I won't be back because I don't trust you anymore to handle my food in a sanitary manner and that's...

Ordered an ice cream cake sheet cake yesterday wanted green icing on design and wanted it written on in green icing. I was picking it up today in the drive through as I've done several times I'm waycross and they told me I had to come inside for it. I went inside to pay for it and when I got to the register they told me that the person that writes on them isn't there and no one there wanted to do it. I said whatever I'll do it at the house. Still paid $39 got home looked at cake and it appears that whoever made it shaved their beard over the cake they used the wrong colors and didn't write on it. This dairy queen is terrible and will not be returning. I'd rather drive the extra 30 minutes to waycross where they have excellent...
