I came from out of town and noticed this cute corner spot and wish I lived closer because their “Cotton Pickin’” ice latte is the BEST. I’m a coffee snob and throughout life have tried more coffees and coffee shops than you can imagine from chains to locals all over the world. But this place has it down. I would get the aforementioned latte every single day if I had privilege and proximity. The owners customer service and personality was 10 stars.
