Poor communication and lack of professionalism. We looked at the menu prices when deciding what to order and were figuring on that being our total (plus tax perhaps) when we got the bill. Instead, our waitress comes by right as we are finishing up and verbally tells us our total, which is about $7 more than what we were expecting based on the menu prices. She also never provided a physical copy of our bill or any type of receipt, digital or physical. I don't know that I've ever heard of a restaurant not providing a copy of the bill to customers, especially upon request. My mother decided to ask her about this discrepancy. She explains that apparently all your prices recently increased 25% and that is where the extra $7+ charge came from. This is objectively unfair and ridiculous. If your prices have increased that is more than understandable given our current economic circumstances, but those increased prices should be reflected on the menu, not later on in a surprise upcharge on our bill that we never even got to have a physical or digital copy of at any point. It's a shame because otherwise the food was totally fine, and we may have even come back at some point. However, upcharging your customers 25% at the end of the meal instead of just reflecting your increased prices on the menu, and then to not provide a copy of the bill to the customer upon request is simply not acceptable under any...

I ordered from door dash this morning just super disappointed ☹️ This omelet is not only missing two ingredients (Spinach & mushrooms) it has the biggest pieces of UNCOOKED veggies I have ever seen , the Egg is EXTREMELY thin & has a crispy layer to it , I’m 5 months pregnant and was so excited for this omelet , and I just can’t eat it .. I called the store to ask about the omelet and I got told that they ran out of Mushrooms & spinach … OK ?? So call the customer and ask them if that’s okay & if not maybe offer them something else ?? I hate wasting food & of course money , this is a big disappointment OHHH and how about the fact that there’s no donuts available to order on the door dash app ? Makes no sense … Sorry Betty’s but you get a thumbs down from me 🥴

Thank God I have some culinarily experience and tried my best to fix it !! I chopped the veggies up , threw half away & added some cheddar cheese to try and close this omelet up , but unfortunately the omelet just split up and I kind of have a mush omelet now , but at least I’m not...

Walked in at 5:23am to a bright clean diner atmosphere. Some regulars were already seated and drinking coffee, very peaceful and chill vibes. Amanda is the only person working and she does it all: takes orders, cooks orders, makes various drinks, works the drive thru, washes dishes, runs the register...this gal HUSTLES. Coffee is pretty standard diner type coffee, but still strong and not watery or bitter. I got 2 scrambled eggs with cheese, a banana, and a potato pancake. IT. HIT. THE. SPOT.

When I say this was the best breakfast I've had in months, I am not exaggerating. Fresh, hot, comforting, delicious. Everything was perfect, I can't find a criticism if I tried!
