Ideal Pizza — Restaurant in Blackstone

When they have what you want and can get it to you it's pretty good. That said the reason I'm rating them so low is because today marks the 5th time they've been unable to fulfill my order. Three times they were out of an ingredient and "waiting on a shipment" to me this is among the most egregious sins a restaurant can commit. Inventory management is everything and no restaurant, barring some unforeseen catastrophe should run out of an ingredient for a dish on the menu. It's simple bad management, especially running out of chicken twice in a two to three week period. The other two times were because they couldn't get drivers in until mid afternoon. The owner is disrespectful and rude. He had previously been rude to my mother over a substitution (changing lettuce to spinach. Like, really?) and tonight he was rude to my delivery driver over a SIDE CUP OF SAUCE. Why not add the fee to the menu? Why even have a space for comments and requests? You can literally call to mention the upcharge. Clearly being a jerk to a delivery driver is a better way to be, though. We ordered delivery from here for the 2nd time this week because the food is good. However both times there was an issue with delivery. The first time the driver went to the wrong address then when she called us and we told her she was at the wrong address she sounded mad, like it was our fault lol. Tonight we waited an hour and a half. On top of the incredibly long wait, our food was cold.
