Cafe Soriano — Restaurant in Blakely

We were in this restaurant for just under 2 HOURS. One course, pasta, on pasta night...almost 2 hours. I have never left a bad review but it was terrible. If the food was amazing it would have warranted waiting almost an hour after ordering to eat, but the food was awful. You recieve a portion of pasta that can feed a whole family doused in some bizzare concoction they are trying to pass off as sauce. The vodka sauce was bright orange and sugary sweet. I feel like they put velveeta or something strange in it. I took it home hoping I could doctor it up or something but wound up throwing it all away. I gave it 2 stars because the servers were super sweet and accomodating but i would never waste my money on a meal...

10% covid fee added to bill, was not inform about. Cash only also not informed about. Was told there are signs all over...there was 1 sign about the cash only kind of hidden behind other signs. The covid one was a very small print written into what looked like a story. None of which are noticable. When we spoke to the manager or owner about our questions, she was had a ln attitude in her response to us. The food was also not great. Sauces were way to sweet, alfredo was almost tasteless, dressing on the Bruschetta was also very sweet. Will definitely not...

Got some rigatoni, combo meat platter, and garden salad for take out.

The portions are huge! The Soriano red sauce is my favorite red sauce on the planet. I try to order other sauces when there but always go with the red. I hear the vodka sauce is fantastic too! Some day, I'll give it a try!

I love the garden salad as well. The spicy Thai Dressing is out of this world. It's spicy and sweet. Fantastic flavor with some heat but not overdone.
