HORRIBLE! I’d give negative stars if I could!!! Waited 10 minutes at the speaker to make my order just for her to walk away mid-order (Unknowingly to me til it was quiet for 5 MINUTES) She comes back 5 minutes later...had to start all over! Get to the window to pay, had to give my order again! Then manager comes up a few moments later. Guess what??? Had to give my order again! Then says it’ll be 12 minutes on the chicken. That’s fine...I pull up & wait. 12 minutes turned into 20! Manger brings my food out but before she does you’ll never guess....had to give my order AGAIN! Finally she hands me my food. NO drinks! I say, mmm can I get my drinks too?! She looks at me all confused and says ooooh, I’ll have to go check with them inside. 5 minutes later, still NO drinks! So I throw it in drive and park. Go inside and say “yeah can I finally get my coke and sprite they never gave me?!” Ooooh we’re sorry ma’am.....took em a few minutes just to hand em to me and they been sitting in the DRIVE THRU the WHOLE time!!!!! Soooo 15 minutes at the speaker just to make my order, 20 minutes to get my food, another 5-10 to get my drinks...and had to repeat my order a thousand times. Get home with my 4 year old...they gave him spicy tenders when I repeated mild a thousand times....and didn’t give me my extra sauces I paid for and repeated that a thousand times too. Actually, I didn’t get ANY sauces at ALL! Yep, TERRIBLE service! And I could of looked past all of it had they been busy, but I was the only person in the drive and there was ONE guy inside waiting 🤦🏼♀️ I had 2 peice meal, a kids tender meal, and an order of Cajun tots....45 minutes...

I hope this message finds you well. I am writing to bring to your attention a concerning experience I had during my recent visit to your Popeye's location.
On 12/1/2024, I utilized the drive-thru service after placing an order through the app. Upon arriving and waiting in line, I was prepared to confirm my order when prompted by the speaker. Unfortunately, my interaction with Miss G at the window was far from satisfactory. As I began to explain my order, she abruptly interrupted me and stated that all online orders had already been processed. Despite my attempts to clarify that I had just placed my order and it hadn’t yet been completed, her demeanor remained dismissive and unprofessional.
When I reached the window for further clarification regarding her behavior, rather than addressing my concerns respectfully, she insisted that it was either “take it or leave it” before shutting the window on me. This level of customer service is not only disappointing but also quite alarming for any establishment aiming for excellence.
As someone who is not from this area, encountering such rudeness has left a negative impression of your brand. It is disheartening to witness how one individual's attitude can tarnish what should be a positive dining experience. I also will be reaching out to the district manager for this particular location.
I believe feedback is essential for improvement; therefore, I'm sharing this incident in hopes that appropriate measures will be taken so future customers do not have similar experiences.

Read moreI have lived in that area for almost a year now and have yet to have a good experience. Popeyes is usually my favorite place to go, but this specific location is trash. One day, I walked in, and the assistant manager was up front and never greeted me or acknowledged that i was there at all. She then openly started complaining about having customers coming in and her not being able to do her job. She threatened out loud to go lock the door so she could go in the office and do her work. This continued as more people walked in to order. She made us all feel uncomfortable about being there and wanting to eat from there. The most recent issue was my husband going up there to get dinner and sat at the screen waiting to order and continued to sit there for 10 minutes without anyone saying anything to him to take his order. He finally said hello a few times before being greeted, then when they did greet him, all they said was "can you hold on", he continued to sit there for another 20 minutes while cars were lining up behind him. He pulled around to the window to see if he could get someone to take his order and all 8 employees were all grouped up in the back and just looked at him and saw him knock on the window and ignored him completely. After they looked at him they didn't say anything to him or ask if he needed anything so he left. There was another issue before that as well that was similar to both of those situations. We will never go there again. The people are rude, they tend to be out of a lot of food items and sides and condiments. It's not worth the...
