Sonic Drive-In — Restaurant in Louisiana

Our local Sonic. I'm ADDICTED to the Strawberry 🍓 slushie I've recently had nothing but trouble and issues from my all time fave "stop-n-go restaurant". It keeps denying my orders but takes the money out of my account. Talked to Mr. Tony last week with promise to fix said issues. I got one,JUST ONE, order in before it started again. Tony said if it won't go through,let manager on duty know and they'll at least honor 1/2 off drinks deal. Well,apparently,they missed that memo Me. Tony because once again,2,3,5 more times!!!! my money was taken out and 5 minutes later returned to my account so I had to order at the Sonic itself. Had a $37. and change order,explained to the person taking my order AND WAS STILL DENIED GETTING MY DRINKS FOR HALF OFF!!So, the M.O.D chose to give up a $37+ order because they didn't want to allow my slushier for half price!! It not like I try to pull "fast ones" on my community businesses. HELL,I spend in a week at least $40-$50 on slushier and onion rings alone,but hey, WHATEVER!! TOO MUCH HASSLE AND AGGRAVATION TO HAVE TO DEAL WITH WHEN I'M SPENDING MY HARD EARNED MONEY AT THEIR CUSTOMER-BASED BUSINESS!!!! For like the 15th time we have given this sonic a chance to simply NOT put cheese or pickles on my hamburger. At some point it's probably my fault for even trusting them to prepare a hamburger. I have called them like 6 or 7 times over the last couple years, each time I get an apology and an offer for another meal. I accept the apology but decline the meal offer. I just want what I pay for when I order. This time my wife went to the drive through, she isn't as patient or insistent so when she arrived home the order was again wrong though the label showed hamburger no pickles. Earlier in the year I resorted to telling the drive through attendant that I was allergic to cheese and pickles and pleaded that they not place either on my burger. When it was handed to me at the window I checked, yep, had both. I typically like sonic, was one of my first jobs in high school in 80s. The food is Yummy! I like the way You can Study the menu before pushing the button to order, so this way You don't feel pressured and rushed to hurry up and decide what You want etc. like In the traditional drive thru...They do now offer a traditional drive thu for those who prefer it! I Love all of the drink choices and slushies...I Like to Make My own Slushie mix such as Watermelon Cherry Pineapple! Yummm!!! I Love ordering the chicken strips with white gravy too! It's the bomb!!!
