Two stars for the quality of pizza. This store has some very good competition in Bloomer. If you do not care for a few extra bucks, save the trip and go to Harm's Way. Their pizza is probably the best in the county. My real review is about the owner. He likes to crack jokes that nobody laughs on. In most cases it offends people. But he doesn't realize that either. Twice I have been to their store or ordered pizza for delivery, he has been very offending to me. All the staff there basically yell at you for not choosing right away or not understanding what you are saying. The delivery driver expects you to tip a certain amount regardless of how long he took to get your pizza. Their salad is like something coming out of a grocery bag. Read moreWe were camping at Brunet Island State Park and decided to drive to the little town of Bloomer for a bite to eat. Boy did we choose well! Fat Boy’s did not disappoint! My husband had a small pizza and I had a half of broasted chicken dinner. Both were amazing! The owner came out and personally made sure everything was to our satisfaction. He treated us like family. The staff were very friendly and you could tell they enjoyed working there. The owner sent these amazing cinnamon sugar breadsticks out to us on the house! Prices are extremely fair. We will be back whenever we camp at...

On our way to Duluth, we left the highway and made our way through Bloomer to this great family restaurant. The pizza is amazing (great cheese) and the breadsticks are fantastic, especially the cinnamon version.
My wife had the meatballs with potatoes and green beans. She let me steal a bite and I was impressed.
The staff is delightful and made us feel like family. Half way through the meal, I told my family I wanted to move here so I could come to this place more often.
I hope to have the chance someday to go back. We had a...
