Bruster's Real Ice Cream — Restaurant in Bloomington

I wondered what the big deal is with Bruster's. We can just go to kroger and get a half gallon of ice cream for $2.50. Then my daughter said she had coupons. One for a free pint of ice cream and two buy one get one free on double dip cones. So we went and WOW!!! There is a huge difference. Their ice cream is so smooth and there is soooo much FLAVOR! We ended up spending $9 all together which if we didn't have the coupons, I must say would have been quite a bit more, but oh boy was it worth it. Their flavor combos are crazy good like carmel cheesecake, and red velvet and dark chocolate. Anyway, bottom line it's worth paying more to actually really enjoy an ice cream cone. My fourteen year old who eats everything couldn't finish her cone it was so big! So buy one and split it with your sweetheart or mini me u won't regret it!! And by the way the free pint we got was so jammed packed into that tiny container that all five of us were able to have a bit of ice cream the next night. So can't say they are stingy with the servings at all!! Adding an update...went again the other nite and asked about a doggy treat...apparently they give u one scoop of vanilla with a baby milkbone for ur furry family member and when I say give, that's exactly what I mean! How awesome is that?? Well, Yoshi gives them two paws 🐾 up!...

The attendant helped me through from the very beginning without hesitation and there was no wait time. There are of course an extreme amount of choices so inevitably the child in me came out when it comes to ice cream and I'm going to need assistance lol And she undoubtedly has been through this before and walked me through helping me pick my choices but without picking my choices for me and I didn't see it until afterwards That was very professional so that's why I give five stars not to mention as you will see in the pictures I posted, The ice cream that I ordered came out fairly quickly, and the "ooh's" and "ahhh's" I received from the customers around me along with the people inquiring which choice I had made, coupled with how fast my ice cream was made and served is why they get such a good review. I recently visited Bruster's Ice Cream in Bloomington, and it was an absolute delight! From the moment I arrived, the service was exceptional. The staff greeted me with warm smiles and were incredibly helpful, offering recommendations and answering any questions about their wide range of flavors with enthusiasm.

The quality of the ice cream truly sets Bruster's apart. Each scoop was a creamy, dreamy delight, bursting with rich, authentic flavors. I tried the Oreo coffee on a waffle cone, and it was absolutely divine. It's clear they use high-quality, fresh ingredients, and the effort they put into their recipes shines through in every bite. The portions are generous, making it great value for the indulgence.

Glad I went early to get my ice cream fix and will continue the rest...
