I called from a few blocks away to ask what time they stopped taking new orders at the drive thru. They said 9:59, as they close at 10 p.m,
I inquired if they were offering any specials or discounts & could he tell me what was included in each of them? Told him I needed 4 separate orders but I wanted to pay for all 4 w same credit card. Asked what toppings came on the 4 sandwiches I was ordering & what other toppings could I choose instead? I gave him my order, including special instructions for each sandwich. Picked 4 different dipping sauces for French Fries that came w each burger. He told me the combos I ordered included drinks, so I asked what choices of soft drinks did we have & selected 4 different kinds of those, some without ice. Told him I was on my way there now & arrived a few mins late. I gave my name at the speaker and my order was read back to me, in detail. I realized then that it sounded like I thought I was at Starbucks! He asked me if all 4 orders were correct & amazingly, they were. He had told me the total for each order as he read them back to me, then the total for all 4 together. "Please pay at the next window." I did. He was very pleasant, asked me a few details abt my order & offered a suggestion that I found helpful. Then asked if I needed extra napkins, any catsup, etc. He gave me our soft drinks & then our food.
I looked in the bags & was surprised to see that each order was in it's own bag & nothing was missing! All of the "leave off this, but add that" info was indicated on outside of ea sandwich. The sauces for that order were in the same bag, next to the fries. The order total was written on the outside of ea bag & a printed receipt w items ordered was inside each bag, placed on top. The food was hot & it smelled delicious!
I was very pleased! I wasn't charged for something I didn't order, or didn't get Nothing was missing or prepared wrong & there had been no unpleasantness!!!
*As I drove away, I felt glad that I had stopped there to get food. It had actually been a positive experience,
It's sad, but I can't remember the last time I felt this way after visiting a fast food drive thru.

Read moreMade a simple mistake of leaving on ketchup. When i called to have a sandwhich ready by the time i left home and got there but i was only able to get the words "my sandwhich.." before being asked to wait. I was left on hild FOR 15 MINUTES. Which was enough time to drive there with the call still on hold. When i entered the building i was greeted with a stern "whats wrong" from the manager from the front desk. When i explain to her that i was on hold for as long as i was she tried to explain it away by saying it wasnt the right burger kin i called. I told her i was postive it was right but she still wanted to prove a customer wrong so she went looking for the phone. Which wasnt in the office. Where she was so postive it was at but no, she found it face down in a pile of fries. When she hung it up the call on my phone ended. Nothing was ever done about this, and the end result made me feel likebthe problems the kitchen staff and managment made were problems you "had" to deal with. The only action takin was my name being written down which had an effect on nothing. Maybe training the staff the most basics should be a priority so those issue dont snow ball and fall to your even...
Read moreWent to Burger King today to the 2 for 5 breakfast sandwich deal the store manager has some distain for me due to a previous visit. The store manager saw me in the drive-through and proceeded to over microwave my food on purpose when I got the food it was so hot. It burned my hand. I went back to the Burger King and the line cook made me two fresh sandwiches and took back the ones that were over microwaved. I did the survey on the back of the receipt to file a complaint notating that I’d like to be contacted in regards to the poor service that I received the store manager of the Burger King showed up at my job across the street harassing and taking pictures of me, threatening to have me banned from Burger King because she doesn’t like the idea that she got a bad survey.
