Casey's — Restaurant in Bloomington

A "5" to a "0" in no time flat.

The last order I made was obviously meant for somebody else (I got a supreme, but don't eat meat normally); based off my initial review (see below) I thought I could make it right the next time I ordered. After being made to feel I was trying to cheat them requesting money off, I gave up.

Called back and asked to speak to the mgr - I guess managers don't work at Caseys on Friday nights / busiest times of the week ("no manager is working right now")? Went ahead and just disputed my previous order with my cc company; their corporate "hotline" doesn't answer, either...

Good pizza, but just not worth the hassle when one comes up - probably the downside of not being dedicated to doing one thing only.

If I could give this Casey’s less than 1 star I would. They are the closest Casey’s to our house and my son loves going there for breakfast. It’s only been a pleasant experience occasionally. My wife also enjoys going there but there is often no hot food for purchase in the warmers or doughnuts in the case. I would change my review if the service improved, but sadly over the last 6 months it has if anything gotten worse. I grew up in a small town and I am a life long Casey’s customer. These days I drive across town to other Casey’s locations for my fuel, etc. it’s inconvenient but it seems worth it since half the time we drive to another location anyway just to get a doughnut. Since changing owners the management of this store for the past 2 or more years is atrocious. I am surprised Casey's brand management allows this to continue to be a face of their franchise. My family has enjoyed Casey's since childhood. This store is poorly managed. Simple as that. You cannot just blame the employees. They do not have staple products consistently, the gas is...., The store is dirty and completely unorganized. Don't bother ordering pizza they are out of half their menu.
