There is no relation between this park and Tim McGraw. At least, as far as I know.
A park in every sense of the word and then some. Having visited what feels like every park in Central Illinois, McGraw Park has to be my favorite. Maybe I just visited on the perfect weather day or maybe it really is a magical place. ¿Por que no los dos?
This place has it all. Walking paths. A small garden. The Sister City Memorial. Large swathes of beautiful acreage for having a picnic. I believe there is also a water playground and a normal playground as well.
Sadly, I am not able to upload too many photos as I am almost out of storage on my WordPress account. But you can take my word on McGraw Park being a beautiful place to visit. It seems to be the size of a city block. It is that massive of a park.
