Rolled up into the drive through about 10:53pm. Felt kind of bad about being 'that guy' since they close at 11, but I was hungry since I skipped dinner after a really busy shift. Drive through guy asks me to wait a few seconds, which is fine. I only saw one person who looks like the manager in the store, so I was expecting delays. About 10 seconds later he takes my order, polite and clearly. I pull up to the drive through window and about 10-15 seconds later, I have my food.
I know this doesn't seem unusual to most people, but as someone who's worked in food service and retail, I can tell you that this is pretty unusual. I pulled up about 5 minutes before closing, when most food service crews are cleaning their equipment and getting ready to head home, usually impatient and rude to customers. I even ordered a bakery item which was delivered to me quickly and was still warm. There's only one person I can see working in the store, and he is still super polite and delivers my order quickly and its hot and fresh?

Read moreI am writing this review as I have ordered from this location 5 times in the past year (since I moved here). Of those 5 times I ordered, I received the correct order. The other three times the orders I received and paid for were incorrect, the burgers had the condiments that I ordered them not to have, and the large fries in each order were about 2/3 full. My most recent experience was today about 30 minutes ago, I had waited in line in the drive through for roughly 10-15 minutes and when I was finally able to place my order, the person taking my order kept getting everything wrong and ultimately closed the order with 3 items I didnt want with everything incorrect on the double quarter pounder meal I was attempting to order. I ended up driving away as I did not want to waste potentially 30 minutes or more attempting to fix an order that should have been completed correctly the first time. After that, I spent 10 minutes driving to Wendy's where they got my order correct with no hassle. I will never go to this location again, and I would not recommend this McDonalds location to...
Read moreThe experience that I just had at this location actually shocked me. The guy who answered the window to collect my money was bleeding from his right hand and it wasn't covered at all. He said that he was bleeding and that he would collect my money with his other hand and I said well I can see that your bleeding and he said well not enough for anybody to give a damn. He wanted to collect my money with his left hand but that had blood all over it as well. He said I can go wash my hands I wouldn't want to give you some kind of disease or something. He went off to wash his hands and I promptly drove away. I couldn't even imagine him trying to hand me my order. I didn't want somebody else's blood all over my food or to even see somebody bleeding inside of the establishment that I was going to try to get food from.
