Papa Murphy's | Take 'N' Bake Pizza — Restaurant in Bloomington

Don't bother ordering after 7 pm. They won't let you pick up your pizza!!! If it's posted that the business is open until 8 pm, then why is the door locked before then??? Management needs to Revamp the customer service and closing procedures. I ordered a pizza tonight for pick up and arrived shortly before the posted 8 pm close time to get it. Place was dark, locked, everything was put away and cleaned up. No way it was that closed without starting early. There was no posted indication on the door or stated during my call they were closing early. I knocked multiple times, tried calling multiple times to see what was going on. I wasted too much time trying to get my family pizza which I could visibly see sitting in the cooler behind the register. 2 people were still in the back -- they ignored my knocking and gestures to check the clock. I grabbed a paper bag from my car and wrote on it that I was there before 8 pm. Shortly after 8:07 the lights came back on and I thought they would help me knowing they were caught red-handed for locking up earlier than posted and feeling guilty. Turns out I waited 10 additional minutes before heading out for no reason. Everyone was frustrated. Papa Murphy's is probably our favorite pizza place. I can't say that we've ever been disappointed with any order...from any location. This location happens to be our favorite. The reason is because of the employees. They have the most awesome crew here. They are always polite...and...cheerful. One manager in particular...Gracie...is especially fantastic. She remembers us EVERY time we order. For the amount of folks who stop in there on a daily basis...that's pretty impressive. We typically order on Tuesdays when any large pizza [specialty...or...up to five toppings] is just $10.00. The Gourmet Vegetarian is our go-to. They load on the cheese...and...toppings. been here before and i was shocked at the male employees i came in before closing time and even called ahead just so they could get the pizza started and i was looking at different sides and options and everything was fine until i was asking about the ranch if they ever tried it before and the guy working closing on june 4 2025 was just so rude he said do you want it or not and it was just rude after i spend over $25 i guess thats how they treat customers now i really liked this location but after today i dont think i will back the pizza also looks sloppy made theres sauce past the crust and...
