The waiter was nice and polite. The food was horrible ๐ซ our salad was not fresh the onions not crispy very flimsy barely any tomatoes on the salad We ordered the top sirloin steak dinner and added shrimp and mushrooms and got fried pickles (they where good). We got 1 tiny piece of steak not even 6oz a few scattered mushrooms we got the green beans with bacon that was the only good tasting thing on the plate ....our steak was supposed be medium rare but it was super raw I had to take it home and fix it and in the picture the shrimp was grilled and no breading on it they gave us some breaded deep fried shrimp and it was fried so hard the shrimp was like rubber on the inside...The worst part was the manager he was a older man very rude my husband asked for better onions and a few more tomatoes for his salad we asked the waiter for that and didn't even speak about the salad not being fresh enough so for some reason he sent that very rude manager over first thing came out his mouth was our salad is made fresh and he can't give us another or anything different....ok we didn't ask for another or anything different and if we did we are a paying customer and should be treated with respect and given what we asked for and that was only better onions and more tomatoes....he brought back some more of the same flimsy onions and no tomatoes he has zero customer services skills I was a manager at papa Johns and I always gave the customer what they asked for made things right if the customer was not happy to make them happy and gave refunds if all the way dis satisfied . We felt disrespected and new we would not get no where complaining about our food even though I really wanted to give it back and get my money back I knew this manager was not going to do that and would call the police I just wanted to pay for our salads drinks and go but I knew better by the managers attitude and wanted no issues I paid 66$ for the worst food and disrespectful attitude and bad treatment I felt so disgusted disrespected as a customer paying good money for bad food I felt ripped off .....i really wanted my money back ๐ช it's sad how people get treated by bad people and crocks out to make a dollar and don't care about the customer the service or the...
ย ย ย Read moreHad a medical apt in the area, so we stopped by for breakfast. Got 55 PLUS, One Egg Classic, for both of us. Had been up since 7 am and it was now 10:30 am and we needed to eat. Staff was attentive upon arriving and our waitress was great when we arrived. Our meal came. We both had cold eggs, cold hashbrowns, our pancakes were warm. Told the waitress, but I said would just eat these as I need to eat, so didn't want it sent back or remake. Later manager came over and asked how it was. Said what our meal was like and showed her the butter hadn't melted. Again, she said they could remake or reheat and I said we are almost done and just need to eat so will finish. When we went up to pay, asked the cashier to comp one of the meals (we had a drink each and a muffin to go home, no comp on that, just one of our $6.99 meals. He could do 15% he said. Asked if he could ask that manager who stopped by our table about it. She came to register and said she could do 20%, which would be $4 something. I said I would expect they would comp at least one meal. She wasn't going to do any more. She said, you didn't send it back, of which I said, that no, I told you I needed to eat and just ate it cold. She finally did comp the one meal ($6.99). She said they didn't have any other concerns in that regards at that moment, so was surprised it was cold Whether it happened in the kitchen or with the waitress, no clue.
The restaurant was busy, appeared to be serving a lot of people, so expected that this was a good Perkins! Would not go back to this Perkins based on this meal and how it was handled. If I wasn't so hungry would have sent it back to have it hot or the very least almost hot! ;) Was not impressed with how the manager handled this either. She saw the butter didn't even melt!

ย ย ย Read morePeople that work there are very friendly and were very good to my Mom, and my Dad. She has to be in a wheelchair โฟ. And they seem to have the same table for my Mom and my very awesome Dad(Stepdad) everytime they go there. So cool ๐. But there is just one โ little problem, they do have wheelchair โฟ parking, which is great, but the other big problem is, they don't have wheelchair โฟ buttons on the doors of the restaurant for them to push so they can get into the restaurant, or to leave the restaurant, without having to depend on others to keep the doors open long enough for them to go through. My Dad has brought this up โ to there attention a few times and still nothing has been done, which is sad ๐ข. My Mom 82, Dad 79 yrs old. He has a hard time as it is just to get my Mom into the van and to go out to eat, go out for drives and find nice places to park, so he can help her out so she can enjoy the outdoors, which she loves so much,๐ฐ๐ธ๐ป, which are her favorite, by the way, lol. And she loves to watch the birds ๐ฆ๐ค๐,๐๐๐๐๐ถ๐น๐๐๐ญ๐ฟ๐พ๐๐ข๐ฆ๐๐๐๐ฆ๐ธ, and little critters of all kinds. She also loves flowers, ๐น๐ฎ๐ธ๐๐บ๐ป๐ผ๐ท, snacks, ๐จ๐ช๐ฐ๐ฉโ๐๐๐๐๐๐๐ณ๐๐, trees, ๐ฒ๐ณ๐ด๐ต, she planted a evergreen once, she called it Butterball, lol cause it was so plump and short. I believe it still grows out in Glyndon, MN., Lol. So please if ppl that read this or even live around their or have similar problems in ur town, please try to bring it up to whoever you have to and try to help whoever you can, cause this could be, or someday down the road, (good forbid) someone you love ๐ might have to go thru the same crazy hassles of life, that we all know is an easy fix.
