Bob Evan's, you really let me down. Bob Evan's was one of the places you could rely on for great food and superb service. It has been about a year since I have been to visit one of your restaurants. I use to visit with my best friend who sadly passed away in 2023. My Grandparents would often bring me as a kid on Sunday after church. I grew up on a farm and Bob Evan's always emulated what was on our table at mealtime with the food you served. I started with a side salad. My salad was great. No problems whatsoever with the salad. Then I moved on to Turkey and dressing, mashed potatoes and green beans with dinner rolls. When I saw the dinner rolls I was shocked. Less than half the size they used to be and very tough for bread as bread goes. I understand our current economy. What gets my goat is when you raise prices and shrink the portion size. Raise prices so that you can make a profit but shrinking the portion sizes is something the old Bob Evan's would never do. I get employee shortages, increased wages, increased food cost, etc. Make your increase enough to cover costs for now. But as the economy returns to normal, be ready to fairly adjust back as well. Prices are slowly coming back down but until then, make it enough to keep your doors open and everybody paid. We are Ohio. Not California. Getting back to my meal. The turkey and stuffing was not good at all and It almost tasted like it was expiring. The Green beans and mashed potatoes were again smaller than I had ever seen. However, the taste delivered what I was use to. I hope you take this to heart. We are use to generous portions when visiting Bob Evan's. Hold your head high and charge what you need to be able to keep your food fresh with generous portions. Your loyal customers will understand. But raising prices and reducing portions is kind of like paying twice the amount for a two...

This is specifically for the Blue Ash location. We arrived Sunday afternoon around 1pm and were seated promptly. After taking our order, our drinks and my coffee arrived fairly fast. That’s when the service changed. Our server never came back and my coffee was empty. My children’s’ Sierra Mist went empty. Approximately 30-40 minutes went by and my 2 year old was growing impatient. I walked back to the kitchen to attempt to get an update. I found the server who seemed confused. Another couple that sat around the same time as us who had already eaten and was getting up to pay the check told me they were surprised that we had not even gotten our food. They informed the manager of our situation. Our server came over and said the “new cooks” overlooked our order and said the food would be out shortly. She also said that they had a lot of orders and she asked them for a personal favor to make our food first. 5 more minutes went by and nothing so I asked again for an update, stating with certainty that any orders they were working on came after ours. She attempted to hand me the check stating “ I took 20% off” which upset me as we had not even gotten our food and she is handing me the check. She never even refilled our drinks and our 2 year old was sobbing. I said that I am not paying and we are just leaving. She said ok and as we got up she slammed dishes as she was bussing our table apparently upset. I do not recall her name but her name tag indicated that she was a supervisor. The service was just horrible on all levels! She did hand us our food boxed up as we were leaving and said the cooks were upset that they made the food and we weren’t even paying. That was our experience at...

For Blue Ash OH location... Sorry to say. The worse experience at any restaurant I have been to. Order was taken at 6:44p, took 20 mins to get one cup of coffee, never got cream because server didn't know where it was. PARTIAL order was served at 7:36p almost an hour after placing it. Eggs were well over cooked, biscuits were on the hard side, bacon burger was just a cheese burger, one full meal NEVER was served. Appetizer came out after the two of the three meals were already served. The manager on duty at that time on 6/16/23 did compt the meals but she had no clue to Corp.... number and she didn't even know the store #. Our server stated at the time of visit that it was taken so long for everything because they were swamped, LOL, there was only 11 tables occupied with two servers feeling they couldn't handle it and two cooks couldn't handle 11 orders. There were two other table of guests having the same issue. It's a shame that if they felt overwhelmed with just 11 tables then call in help or not have more guests in the restaurant than what the employees can handle. I called Corporate and the woman hardly spoke English, I asked her where she was located and she refused to say, Bob Evans corp... is supposed to be in America but apparently they aren't. I was able to speak to the DM at the location two days later, he was nice and did apologize for the service, sending gift card but that's not what this was about. At least one person with that company had any care. Sorry for...

The food was good, after I picked a few blonde or close to blond strings of hair out of the pancakes. Food portions were too small for the money spent. 75% of my small cup was filled with Orange Juice. I would've rather they put ice in it to make it colder or fill it up to the top. Orange juice prices doesn't go up much, you can buy a gallon for less than $4 or $6. That tiny cup that was not filled up, cost $3.59. I need my cup filled up plus i paid a tip. The cup was already too small for the money spent but that wasn't a deal breaker because a lot of Breakfast companies give small orange juice amounts. Food was tasty but the potatoes was very small and few of them, and not as advertised in the photos online when I placed my order. Which is also odd since a bag of potatoes are cheap. The Cashier wasn't friendly but in her defense she wasn't mean either. The vibe of the place felt like Whites only. But maybe that's just Blue Ash in general. If feels like a Racist city. Pancakes were good but I was worried if there was any more hair in it. Need to wear a Hair Net if you are working around Food. I wear a hair net/medical scrub cap when helping patients. Hair can't be digested. However, I rather a restaurant hold the side of hair when I place an order. Also no Syrup for my Pancakes? If no hair the 3 out of 5 stars would be 4 out of 5. Food was good. Not the best pancakes but good enough.

Green Eggs and Ham anyone? Just wanted them to be aware so no one else would get green in their eggs. She asked if we wanted money off I said no thank you. Just wanted you to be aware so no one else gets green eggs unintentionally. Manager could be heard from distance saying there was no green… sure thing we crazy huh?!? Nope proof in the picture. Other than that food was good.
