Sad to say, this was not a great experience. First, we walked into what seemed like a chemical biohazard zone. The place reeked so badly of cleaning supplies that it was an instant headache. Maybe try some eco-friendly products to save lungs and headaches? We were starving and ready to get on the road, so we proceeded with our orders. Second, we did not feel heard from the cashier. I was asking questions on the food, but she kept adding it to the order. There are two (I believe) vegetarian breakfast options, and if you order an egg and cheese croissant, it costs the same as the ones with meat, so that stinks. My partner ordered a latte with almond milk, and although she said, "uh huh, uh huh" she did not put the order in that way, and it came out with milk. So, it had to be remade. Lastly, my over $6 basic, microwaved egg and cheese croissant came out, not filling the bread and so small and skimpy, I felt jipped. We thought we were shopping at a cute local small business coffee shop and found out it's a chain. The coffee was not anything to brag about and tasted burnt. The gluten-free prepackaged fudge cookie (obviously not homemade) and the cinnamon roll tasted canned, so disappointing. Overall, it was not a good experience, and I left hungry. Giant bummer and...

Wonderful shop!

First off, you have to know that any place that cares enough to roast their own coffee, to guarantee a fresh bean experience for their customers is a place that should be higher on your destination list

I live on the road, and always seek out unique locations for my caffeine enjoyment. Should you find yourself anywheres near Blue Earth, Minnesota, you need to take time to stop in to the CABIN COFFEE CO.

Located conveniently off of interstate 90, you can get in and out quickly. They have a drive-thru, as well as ample interior seating.

The baristas are extremely pleasant and happy, clearly they love their job, and have enjoyed the fruits of their brewing labor.

On our visit today we had a drip coffee and a espresso drink. Both were crafted to perfection and are very enjoyable.

Absolutely will be...

Wonderfully friendly service from the drive-through on a Monday morning. The Mississippi Mud was fantastic! Breakfast wrap and breakfast bowl had pretty good flavor, though for the size I thought the price was a bit steep - especially considering adding any veggies costs .60 extra and any protein 1.00 extra. Overall though a good experience with delicious coffee and good breakfast options - the eggs were light and fluffy! Oh and if you bring your dog along, they have complimentary...

Very pleased with Cabin Coffee as they are much more than a generic blended ice drinks type of coffee shop. They serve single origin freshly roasted beans and are both informed and enthused about the coffees brew. On top of that they have excellent baked goods.
