Ordered online and received a verification code email. Eldest child went to pick up and they didnt have our order. I sent her the email as proof. Lady told her they didnt have the order and that the email didnt have their address. I call and lady answers i explain. she says they dont have it. i start telling her the confirmation number and she asks for phone number. then suddenly they find the order. I forgot to ask for a special cut and asked if they could do that for me and she replies oh its already out of the oven and boxed. I work from home and last night we were dispatching maintenance calls for two apartment complexes that had ongoing small fire emergencies in addition to our regular dispatches. I was feeling sorry for myself but I used the Pizza Hut app to order in a small BBQ Brisket pizza, which I have never tried, and enough pop to fuel me with caffeine for the rest of my shift. I couldn’t be more pleased with the service if this Pizza Hut. I contacted them on a Monday in regards to ordering 23 pizzas for our football team after we played their team on a Friday night. They gave me a deal and were willing to let me call that night when we were I. The 4th quarter to give an estimated time. I ended up switching the location and time and they were sooo kind.
