I actually work here and we do package our meals up and cook them all at once in the microwave, and if they don’t sell, we reuse them the next day, we just re-microwave the entire box. Sure, the food is more difficult to choke down, but you guys complained about us being slow so this is our way of speeding up service and getting you out of here faster. Also, I see a lot of complaints of how long it takes us to take your order at the drive thru when there’s no other customers here. That I will take credit for, because sometimes we are busy doing other things. Some of us are on work release so we don’t always get to work on time depending on when we get released from the jail in the morning and how long it takes us to get to the restaurant, so that slows service down sometimes, so that’s not our fault if we are late. Had to order a Flamethrower, there were three other people in the place. I was first to order and still didn't get my burger and waited a while and to find out they didn't have enough buns. Read moreThe service was somewhat slow, but I was patient with the staff, as they seemed overwhelmed. We then found a dead bug in the sauce on my burger, which the manager then tried to convince us couldn't have come from them. We received our food inside, ate inside, at no point did we go outside, and yet the manager tried to tell us that the bug we found could have only come from outside, and tried to blame this on us. We received a refund for our food, but since we ordered our blizzards separately, even though we had to throw them away due to an obviously unclean environment, they did not refund them.
