I had made a mobile order through the app.I pulled up to the screen and the lady on the intercom told me that I couldn't do a mobile order by drive-thru,I had to come in. So,I went in,the only employee up front was standing at the opposite side of the register as if she were in line, scrolling on her phone for 4min+ drinking her mcdonalds drink. I tried to ask her for assistance but she slammed her phone down on the counter and ran to the back where the cooks are,finally she came out and assisted others,I had to speak up louder and she got rude with me. Then,i went to my car and sit for a bit ,ate,very dry biscuit as to the point i had to take a drink with every bite cuz it was so dry i was getting choked. The woman who assisted me had come out right after me and was still there when I left,standing and laughing with a group of guys..There was quite a few people that had went in after me and they were getting packed but I guess she had better things to do than her job! I wasn't treated with anything,not that I expect anything besides politeness and manners but I didn't even get that! I won't be going back here either,especially after my husband's food had a hair in it! No use going back,they'll want whats left of the food and give u another..I went on down the road to find better food...
Read more12/29/24 9:20 am Drive thru for mocha. Told machines were down. Asked if regular coffee available. Asked about mcrib. Told this season had passed. I replied the sandwich sign is still in the window which causes confusion. Told they didn't have time to take it down. Then told me I talked too much and they could not talk to me anymore. No other cars behind me. I said you can't answer questions the customer has about your menu, that I'm talking to much, I've got my cell on record please repeat that. They replied Merry Christmas. I drove around to see two employees standing at window. It's obvious this type of behavior is acceptable with manager. Wonder if owner is okay with it. Guess he doesn't mind losing money. Certainly won't get anymore of mine. No wonder so many people and family I know now go to Hardees right down the street. If I could upload a picture I'd show what I did drive to Hardees and buy. Candied bacon fried egg and cheese biscuit as well as drive thru service was awesome. GOODBYE MickyD...
Read moreI ordered a steak biscuit (2$ promo) with cheese added. I realize that cheese costs extra (40¢). The lady rang me up for a steak and EGG biscuit ($1.59 cost difference) instead of just pushing the a-la-cart cheese button. Not sure why. When I got to the pick up window and realized the mistake on the receipt, another lady acted like I was crazy for even mentioning it and then glanced out the window at the drive thru line full of waiting cars and asked me if I wanted to speak to a manager. It wasn't worth it to me to do so and they both knew it. It was 8 am, every one was getting their breakfast before work, anf I wasn't gonna hold up the works for $1.19, but it is the principle of the thing. If she didnt know where the cheese button was, she should have asked. I dont make a lot of money, I rarely get to eat out. Mistakes happen, but to be treated like "how dare you ask to be charged the correct price for things", just kinda pushed my buttons. The food was good....
