Placed an order online and received notification the order was ready. Showed up at the counter and it appeared there was only one worker taking orders and preparing the food. Waited for ten minutes while the worker prepared four salads before being acknowledged. Asked about my order and was told they didn’t see it come through.
I would suggest not having an online ordering system if the staff is not managing. Don’t automatically have it tell patrons it’s ready when it hasn’t even been acknowledged.
When speaking to the working about the order she seemed flustered with the amount of backorders she was currently working and didn’t seem to know how to proceed with my order. Done with a smile, pretty much anything is forgiven, but uncalled for rudeness (combined with poor service) especially when I've been polite... I'm sorry, that isn't ok for any reason. This p*d me off and ruined my day.
I stand by my...
