Mt Fuji Sushi — Restaurant in Bluffton

It was a Friday night and we waited 25 minutes for a table for two. They didn’t really do a wait list and just sat groups as they had tables. Some bigger groups waited 40-50 minutes. There was only one server for the back dining area and one for the front. I had to get up and get my own chop sticks and dishes for sauce. The food was good but not amazing. We aren’t from Bluffton but we understand that a new place to eat is much needed here. So, that being said, it’s WAY better than some of the other fast food options we saw online. They were doing a decent take out business (we sat by the sushi bar and take out table). The atmosphere was over the top asian. They need to take 50-70% of it down. It’s overwhelming and distracting tbh. Let the food speak for itself. The bathroom was clean. Tip: there is parking on the side and also on the side street. Enter the side door if it’s busy, not the front. That’s where the line will be forming. I’m guessing they will work out some of their ‘just opened’ kinks and hopefully hire more staff and provide better service in the future. They’ve only been open...

Worst experience ever! My sister was served the wrong roll. It took 15 minutes for the waiter to finally come to our table. We told him it was wrong and he said no it's not. She explained the one she ordered had cucumber not avocado in due to she is allergic to avocado. He said no it has avocado in it, she told him the menu stated no avocado, he then replied "oh the menu says, the menu is wrong" when he said this he was yelling and being very rude. The food was very tasty, especially considering the low price, and there were an amazing amount of varied options for sushi, noodles and meats. I particularly enjoyed the Dinosaur Roll. The eel was excellent! However, long service times, even when there weren't many customers, and a staff that seemed annoyed that you were taking your time to pore over the many, many options and who demanded quick responses somewhat soured the experience. The quality of the food, the number of options and the price more than made up for this negative aspect. Overall, I still rate it 9/10. I...
