Ordered one pizza online and was told the estimated arrival time was going to be 43 minutes. An hour goes by, so I checked the tracker where it said “the order was completed”, so I called the store who told me that it was running behind and they were taking it out of the oven then and it would be there in 20-30 minutes. Understandable, but still not sure why the tracker was so off. Whatever. ANOTHER HOUR goes by with no delivery, no knock on the door, and no phone call. I call the store back and I explained to a different employee (who actually was very nice) the situation. She checks the driver logs and apparently the driver that was supposed to deliver my order put in her log that “she rang the doorbell and knocked, but no response” so the order was returned. I hadn’t left my apartment and can assure that there was no knock and no ring ever in this timeframe. And no phone call. Clearly this store has absolutely no idea what is going on and is extremely poorly managed with absolutely clueless drivers who go to wrong addresses and are confused why no one responded. I don’t expect the best service from delivery pizza chains, but this was absolutely unacceptable. They will not be getting my business again...
Read more*The pizza is decent tasting. Although, the dough is a little sweet, and everything tastes the same on the veggie pizza. However, I thought that the Hawaiian pizza was tasty.
*Please do not mark delivered on the app if the food was not delivered. I don’t see the point of the technology if it is not being used accurately. This means that the customer has to waste time calling the store and checking on the food.
*Please use stickers to seal the boxes too. People like their food to be secure.
I decided to give them one more chance and I ordered boneless wings. The nuggets tasted weird. They were delivered in a container that was not sealed safely. It was just a plastic container that could be opened by anyone. This is not safe. I will not be ordering from here again. Also, when I called to speak to the manager, the guy pretended that he could not hear me. I still gave the driver a good tip; however, I don’t like that the container was not sealed with a sticker or something. If I had ordered with my door dash app, I would have asked for a refund. However, I used the Papa John app, which I deleted today. Not eating Papa John...
Read moreI'm not one to even post reviews. However for the staff working last night 9/1/18 @ 10pm I will make an exception. I can honestly say I will never order from this location again. After running my credit card twice and showing approved on the card system, the female employee said, "well if it doesn't print a receipt then it didn't go through". I pulled another credit card inserted and said approved as well. Now I have three charges for food on my cards. That's not even my complaint....As I'm walking out, two employees, both the female cashier and the male preparing pizzas began spitting off with profanity and how ridiculous I was for questioning the 3 approved transactions. The cashier was walking out the back door to go smoke a cigarette or something at that point. Pizza was good. However from a business owner perspective, the employees need to be fired.
