WORST STORE EVER THEY DON'T STAND BY THE PRODUCTS THEY SELL I purchased a glass top coffee table and the glass is soft and scratches easily, the store did nothing to stand by the table they sold me Additionally I purchased 2 custom rocker swivel chairs (very expensive) with contrast welting, the welting immediately started to pill, initially on the seat cushions and then all over the chairs. One of the owners said he would come out to look at the chairs, never called to schedule and then sent the seat covers back to me by mail This entire process took months so I didn't have seat cushions for months and I was always the one to initiate communication COASTAL CHIC RATES ZERO STARS, THEY SELL INFERIOR PRODUCTS AND WON'T STAND BY WHAT THEY SELL WORST CUSTOMER...

This is the second time I have been here. The first time was about 10 months ago and when I was there no one offered to help me, even when it was obvious that I was waiting for help. I finally left.. This visit, the door was locked with a sign stating appointment only. Also, that they would open the door if it was between appointments. In addition the sign states not to bother calling to complain, that they have heard it all. How rude!! There are no customers in the store (and parking lot) that I can see, except for a female sales associate. Well, 2 strikes and you are out!! There are plenty of other stores that want the business and have fabulous customer service and...

Beware - everything you buy here is considered "Special Order" which means if you are not happy you can only return for store credit or pay at 20% restocking fee. Bought a side table that was not sturdy at all. Geoff who assisted me picked it out but once I was not happy couldn't get him to return my call or offer a better selection that would meet my needs. I will never shop here again. In addition, the requirement to have an appointment to get assistance is a joke. The place can be empty and they can't assist...
