Domino's Pizza — Restaurant in Blytheville

The sauce was left off my pizza...of course the sauce was one of the main ingredients that I ordered. I call the store and spoke to the manager, Aaron. He said there wasn't anything he could do because that's what came up on his screen. I told him his online option was not working properly because I had it pulled up on my phone exactly what I had ordered and sauce was definitely included...he said it wasn't on his screen and he was only going by what was on his screen. I told him his screen was wrong. I asked for his manager he said he didn't have one. I asked for some one that could give me some results. He told me to call the 1-800 number. I asked for the store number he said 5355. I called the 1-800 number...total waste of time ... no help at all...talked about everything but customer service or satisfaction and told me to call the store if I had a problem. My family always orders from this place since we got here and we ordered pizza, delivery from Corey, a couple days ago. Two medium pizzas, pasta and salad. He only arrived with the pizzas and pasta. I asked where my salad was, he said he forgot it. He politely said he would run back and get it for me. I paid him $35.06 + $3 tip. He came back with my salad and told me I didn't pay him but only $25.06 and I owed him $10 dollars. I told him I did pay you the full amount because I always double check the correct amount. He lied. I told him well, you forgot my salad. He said that wasn't his fault and he shouldn't have to pay out of his pocket for the $10. I knew he was lying, but paid him anyway. I will not be ordering from this Dominos anymore. He only did that because he had to go back to the store twice. So ordered pizza for two different house. I called and made sure that orders would not be mixed up and not canceled. Then a hour later no pizza. I called and was told all kind of reasons why but not give a way to fix it. Then as I had been on the phone with the so called manager being placed on hold and then her talking to someone else. Someone came but guess what with a empty box and wrong pizza in the other. Now that was my 2nd order. The 1st order never came. I called back to try and talk to someone about it no one picked up the phone. My daughter had to go pick up food just to get there to be told our food has been locked in side the car and did we still want it after they unlock it. No offer to give me my money back just rudeness. There was another customer up there complaining also about a order. The empty box that was brought to me.
