KFC — Restaurant in Blytheville

I was just there about an hour ago and a woman kept insulting a woman without a hand and the woman finally got fed up and said she’s sorry she only has one hand but she can’t help it but the woman I guess came through the drive through and the girl had her glove on and only opened one side but the woman decided to pick even more by coming into the establishment and I don’t think the manager handled it the right way so I won’t be coming back. It takes some guts for a young woman to still work with only having one hand so I commend that young lady Everytime I come in there she’s so kind and is always working so hard even though she only has 1 hand. That woman knew what she was doing bc the young lady stayed quiet for some time while I kept over hearing the woman talking about her and I know the young lady heard her too. I will also let my fellow friends to not support a business that doesn’t support a disabled woman after the girl kept quiet...

The building is fairly newly remodeled and in good maintenance. The buffet is always well stocked. Sometimes it doesn't seem like fast food because there can be a lengthy wait, but the food is always fresh. 6-6-23 Went at 7pm last night to the drive-thru, and the line was fairly long. Despite having to wait 10 minutes for biscuits, the order was fresh and accurate. When I got home, the gravy was on it's side in the bag, spilled all over everything. I called up there, and explained how the gravy was placed in the bag. I asked could I please get another gravy and an individual mac & cheese to compensate my time and energy. The management on duty was very kind and when I drove back up there, she not only replaced the spilled gravy, but also gave me a second one and a full side of macaroni and cheese! Now, that's good...

This KFC in Blytheville Arkansas is a joke....... I arrived at 10:38 p.m. and was denied service!!! This lady name who I will not share said that she was the manager and they would have to cook some fresh chicken and because they was closing soon that they weren't going to do it... So I called corporate and they said I was supposed to be served irregardless of the time!!! Not only they didn't serve me... they meaning the workers laughed at me for trying to get some chicken... They was heard in the background saying "you ain't finna get no chicken so you might as well leave". I asked for the name of the person I was speaking to but she gave a job title of " MANAGER" but wouldn't give me her full name.. What's the purpose of staying open till 11pm if your employees are shutting down at 10 something?? Guess I'm...
