Read moreI am appalled and utterly shocked at my experience today at 4:30pm at this location. I used the pick up window to receive my pizza when I noticed that the Hawaiian Pineapple Pizza that I ordered along with another pizza and wings was sliced with one slice completely empty(no toppings whatsoever) with dried up tomato sauce. I politely went back to let the employee know and she told me that she could not control how the oven melts the cheese. Mind you I have ordered many pizzas before and I have never received a slice of pizza with dried tomato sauce and bread. After I told her that I could not bring this pizza back home she then questioned me and asked, " You can't bring this pizza back where?" and I said I can't bring it back home looking like this. She then stated that she would remake the pizza. I was willing to wait for the remake but it doesn't stop there. As she proceeded to take the pizza box away from me, she threw the entire pizza over the counter from the register to the trash with an attitude right in front of my face. At that moment I asked for a cancellation of my entire order totaling $31.07. I will never allow an establishment or person to ever disrespect me in this manner. I love myself to much to allow for something like this to happen. I will never visit this establishment ever again. This is the worst customer service I have ever received over a pizza. Read moreMy wife ordered 4 pizzas and asked me to pick them up on the way home. They gave me 3 pizzas and I assumed that is what she ordered. When I got home she called them to say they charged us for 4 pizzas and only gave us 3. The manager convinced her that he would apply a $10 discount on our next order. So we ordered again and when I asked about getting our $10 off the Manager Mitchell said he could not give it to us since we had a coupon already on the order.This makes no sense. When you order 4 things and only get 3 of them any company would simply give you a refund. Why do we need to pay full price on a pizza that is normally always discounted just to get our money back? Mitchell did not seem to want to help and blamed the computer would not allow him to give us the refund.
