I made a to go order Saturday the 18th in the afternoon. The man that took my order was completely rude. It was like a bother for him to have to answer any questions I had & repeatedly kept asking me is that all is that all after everything I said. I come to pick up my order which was $80+, I ordered 2 orders of hibachi, along with other items. First he hands me out a bag with a container of soup in it and says here's your soup. There was only one soup in the bag. I said well doesn't soup and salad come with all the hibachis. He says well usually yes. He then asks me do you want another one... I said well yeah! Brings me another soup but never received the salads. Get home to open mine and my husband's food to find our vegetables turning brown. I tried to drown mine in yumyum sauce since there was absolutely NO seasoning on the food. And tried to eat past the vegetables that looked like they were sitting out for days before they cooked it. And ended up just throwing the food away. Oh AND of course they didn't cook the steak the way my husband asked. It was well done when he asked for medium. This place has been declining for the past few years. In my opinion it started with the staff and now it's gotten to where the food is horrible as well. Take my word and bring your business elsewhere. This will be the last time we order from Yamatos...
Read moreI went inside to place an order stood at the counter while she talked to someone she know. Being that I wasn't acknowledged I went to my vehicle and placed my order. After 30 minutes I made my way back to the restaurants pick up window where I waited another 15 minutes. I sat in line behind another vehicle parked at the window. After 15 minutes I called wanting them to be aware of the line at the window which was now 5 cars. The "manager" answered the phone and proceeded to tell me if she had any to go orders ready she would have asked the first person to move and proceeded to hang up in my face. I asked for her name which she gave me and stated that she would take any complaint that I had. I told her she was rude and I will be contacting the owner. NEVER EATING THERE AGAIN!! POOR customer service, it smells bad inside restaurant, and not to mention my online...
Read moreI have always had great service at Yamatos but today it was awful..the didn't even come our table for 10 minutes ..it was 10 more minutes before they took our order..we ordered.sushi and salads...another couple came in 30 minutes after us ..ordered got their meals plus their sushi an we still had not even got our salads finally when I said something ...magically food starting coming to the table..stillno one ever came and asked if we needed refills or anything ...i had to ask for my check...i have been to this place on a night when it was standing room only an sushi rolls were 5.00 dollars a roll an the service was faster then ..an there 3 waitresses..but I did ask for a discount because I was there for a hour an 35 minutes before I got any food an...
