Pizza Hut — Restaurant in Bogalusa

Placing the order online is no hassle and even fast but when you call you get a WHOLE NOTHER SERVICE.. The customer service is horrible. A guy answered the phone and told me I could pay half and half cash and card which was great but when I gave him my street address he spoke to me like I was challenging his intelligence by telling him how to spell my street name he kept saying just tell me the ending part but the street isn't spelled the way it's pronounced is what I tell him and he still didn't listen. Next he transferred me to make the payment and left me on the phone for almost 20 mins hearing nothing but a ring so I called back and they just stopped answering my calls and still hasn't. Will never order over the phone...

I ordered a one topping pepperoni pizza with stuffed crust, it was over $17 and i didn’t even have it delivered to me. There is barely ANY sauce on it and i save half of it for left overs and when i eat it for dinner it’s hard as a rock even after heating it up. I can’t even eat it. It’s too hard to chew and i can barley even take a bite out of it. I’m very disappointed because Pizza Hut is my favorite pizza place and i spent my money that i worked very hard for to get it. I suggest you do better next time or there won’t be a next time after. Put a decent amount of sauce on my pizza. I never said light sauce and now i fear what that...

I ordered a PPP and a order of cheese bread. Once the delivery person finally got here (2 hours later) my cheese bread was stone cold. The PPP was luke warm. So there's that I guess. It was a completely horrible experience. When I called to find out where my food was they were nice and said she is on her way. Then I called again once I got my cold food and I got a I'm sorry, I'll let her know. 64 mins is not 120 mins. I'm just saying... (that's what the delivery time said 64min) I dont usually mind a long wait as long as my food is hot. I literally ended up throwing $20 in the trash. Smh... do...
