This was my first time here. I have had street tacos at a few places in the area and to me these are by far the best.
Their salsas and queso were also great.
Service was phenomenal!!!! I came in at about 2:45 on Tuesday and it was mostly dead. But I was greeted very warmly by Diana who took her time to thoroughly explain the menu when I told her it was my first time here. She happily offered recommendations on what her favorites were etc. I ended up getting 3 street tacos. They were very accommodating to make them however I wanted. I got 2 steak tacos and one grilled chicken. All three I got with cilantro, onions, and mozzarella cheese. I asked for one steak to be on corn tortilla and one on flour so I could see which I liked more. Diana explained they make their corn tortillas in house. Corn tortillas are really hit or miss for me when it comes to street tacos. But theirs was great! All three of my tortillas had clearly been cooked lightly which I prefer. Many places don’t put their corn tortillas on the cooktop for some reason and they just fall apart. Not a problem here. I’m not sure which I preferred flour or corn because both were great. She also explained the various salsas they have on the salsa bar.
I also got chips and salsa and a small queso. When she brought them out the basket of chips were half standard corn tortilla chips like every Mexican restaurant has and the other half were their tortillas that are made and fried in house. The chips made in house were good but I did prefer the more standard chips but that is a me thing I think.

Fogata certainly lives up to their name; they fogata put cilantro, onion, & limes with street tacos. Who does that?!? Nor do they double check their food against the order. I decided to call them instead of putting in a credit request in the delivery app.
Their solution? Come pick up the missing ingredients to place on my cold tacos to then make them street tacos & I said that wasn’t acceptable I had my food delivered & paid for it to be delivered; it was their mistake. They also tried making it my fault & not double checking; and when I told the owner that delivery drivers aren’t allowed to touch our food because they aren’t safe food handlers; she’s like that’s right. - then it was 10% off on future order.
I had it delivered for a reason. So because my street tacos are no longer street tacos & just tacos; I had to put in a refund request for missing my item I had paid for. Didn’t want to do that because now they lost out on revenue, paid the app their cut, & the cost to make my food (COGS). All I asked for was a remake for a future time. Will not be spending another penny with them.
Response to owner: If I wanted tacos, I would have ordered grilled steak tacos from Taco Bell - they are cheaper too. I wanted street tacos; so I ordered from your restaurant. I will be avoiding your restaurant from now on & will stick to my usuals. Even Moe’s knows to remake orders at a future time when it comes to their mess ups. Read moreWhile the food was decent, the service was the worst I’ve ever experienced! We had 3 separate orders, two of which were given table numbers but I did not get a table number for my order. They gave a chimichanga to the wrong person in our group and a chicken burrito to the other person (which we sent back because it was wrong). The manager and individual who dropped our food off, then came out arguing with us that we were in the wrong and if we wanted the “correct” food then we needed to reorder/repay for it - not just fixing the problem. So we wouldn’t have gotten the food we paid for or a refund but also pay more to get the food we initially ordered/paid for. They kept arguing that they were not at fault and kept putting blame back on us. They refused to give us the correct food for my 13 year old SON instead brought back out the wrong order that had been sitting in the kitchen cold for 10 minutes. Terrible customer service.
They also charge a “technology fee” if you use a credit card but don’t have anything posted that they are doing this. It wasn’t until after I paid that I was aware of the fee. There should be transparency of what additional fees you’re passing along to the customer. I confirmed with the cashier that they do NOT have anything posted regarding this fee.
Finally, the drink heads/spouts are in need of being cleaned as it left an awful smell/residue in the cup.
