ALMOST Five stars... Pros: Food was made fresh, hot and delicious - we ordered the chicken hibachi and a California roll, both were excellent. Staff was friendly and helpful - aside from the brief delay waiting for the young man to notice us, jump off his phone and attend the register Place seemed clean, had decent amount of seats and good atmosphere Con (only one, really): The food is prepared in a 'To Go' fashion (foam box, plastic utensils, etc.), which isn't bad, in and of itself - not the most appealing but it works - given they have a drive thru, I get it. ** BUT when you give people everything they need to eat their food on the the go, you should include EVERYTHING they need to eat it. LOL. - Eg. There was no wasabi or pickled ginger, pretty standard for any sushi place to provide with their offerings. Other than that short miss, it was a great experience and being a new place we hope this is just a little wrinkle that they'll iron out as they improve their processes, etc. Overall, a great value and I would recommend anyone to check it out.

The service was great, that guy with glasses really wanted to make sure everyone was happy. The walls for the love of all that is good is bare, nothing. I only got sushi, so can only judge that. It was ok being that I only get raw rolls. The have five regular rolls and I think 6 deep fried rolls. They don't have any raw rolls with fish on top. I did ask one to be made, which they did, it was ok. If I'm in town, certainly I would return being the only other choice is bamboo house, overpriced and lacking in flavor. I will probably return in a few weeks, hoping to see more sushi choice, or at least a rainbow roll. Service was great. I do have a gluten allergy, and did have a reaction. Unfortunately I can not eat here again.

Excellent place, especially for Bonham! Crazy that Bonham has a Hibachi! Food is prepared "to go" style. There is a dining area to eat if you choose. Protein and noodles are very delicious. Veggies are good, but obviously not the same as a full service big Hibachi sit-down restaurant. Where else in Bonham can you get delicious steak that is reasonably priced and available quickly. Definitely recommend. Pictures is standard steak Hibachi with rice.

Fannin County folks or travelers through the Bonham area, YOU MUST GIVE THIS PLACE A GO! Satoshi is a family-owned and operated business with a group of hard working folks who deliver a great food, freshly prepared, and a good pricepoint.

Not for those who have complained about their Sushi, while I have had a variety of sushi from across the globe; Satoshi still delivers a very tastey Sushi that has been pleasing, and very satisfying. I have no complaints as every time I have ordered, it has been prepared when I ordered, not pre-made, a huge plus for me. They have a limited number of options, but I believe that is intentional and a good thing.

As soon as you walk in, you can smell some amazing meals being prepared, all menu options are amazing. As I said, the family works EXTREMELY hard to deliver a great meal. We have always done take-out. I gave a "lower" atmosphere score due to limited seating.

Give this place a try...
