China 1 Buffet — Restaurant in Boonville

My husband and I went in to eat and the food was ok. They kept putting food out, but it was still cold and a lot of it was hard to chew. Also, we ordered our drinks when we first got there and my husband ordered a coke, but never got it. They kept telling us just one more minute, just one more minute and as we were leaving a lady that worked they came in with bags full of 2 liter soda bottles. It was a little ridiculous because they never even offered to give him something else and when they came over to say just one more minute it was as the guy was walking by with another group or he was on the phone. We were not the only ones that had an issue...

Jeeze. I feel embarrassed for people that are rudely overly critical. Especially without justification. This place was a joy to eat at. The staff came off as sincere even though their English wasn't poetic. You could tell they were working hard to help everyone enjoy their dinner. The food was good. It doesn't have to be Michelin star to enjoy their selection which was complete. It was great enough that I felt absolutely preggers upon leaving. Chinese mushrooms, fried shrimp, hot n sour soup... Just close already, I’ve tried to eat the same old buffet every time, I’m so sick of the same thing, and the manager woman that yells at the top of her lungs is a special treat. I’ve tried to like this place but it’s just not happening for me. The tea is its only redeeming quality, it must be bought from Walmart. For some reason my son likes to go here so I keep giving in hoping it will be better or different...
