Sonic Drive-In — Restaurant in Boonville

Me & my boyfriend just wanted to get a quick bite of breakfast before work, so I ordered 2 supersonic burritos (and waited a long time for them). Got home and realized we got regular sausage burritos, with none of the toppings I should have. My anger surpassed my hungriness as I returned to the store and asked for a remake. Waited a long time for those too. Wasn't offered a refund or a complimentary item for my trouble; The manager never apologized (he was the one who handed me my order) & the drive thru attendant I talked to was rude, as if I was out of line for being upset. To make matters worse, I didn't even eat the burrito. Had no time after all that. No wonder a majority of Boonville's fast food restaurants get shut down; definitely...

My order was received quickly (within 1 minute) by a friendly voice. From order time to the time I received my lunch (this was during the normal working lunch hour) was approximately 6 minutes. My carhop was incredibly courteous, and delivered me a perfectly packaged burger that was made with consideration. My fries were hot and crispy, and the meal was put together very well in the bag as to not have any loss of fries. I did not ask for them, but the greater than 2 napkins was graciously appreciated. I do not eat fast food often at all and don’t have convenient access to Sonic, but I would say this was the best Sonic experience I have ever had. You all are doing...

I can't even begin to articulate how disappointed I am in the service I received this morning at the Boonville Sonic Drive In. I ordered a Route 44 Sweet tea and was given a cup that had large chunks of dried cheese all over it. I asked for a new cup and was told to F*k off. When she finally came back with a new cup she had written "your heiness" on it (and yes, she really misspelled it). When I saw this I was very angry and asked to speak with the manager. After cussing at me again and slamming the drive thru window, she finally returned with the manager who wasn't concerned with the situation in the least.

I would not recommend this...
