This place is a SCAM!!!!!!!!! Usually I don't write reviews; but yesterday I decided to order pizza after I had gotten of work at 11:26p on 3/30/2019. I was tracking my order on the pizza tracker; on the tracker it said the food estimate delivery time was 26 minutes to 45 minutes: an hour went by I decided to check the tracker and the tracker showed that the food is being quality checked by manager of this location named Ebony. I was thinking y do you need an hour to check the quality of chicken carbonara pasta ( and mind you.this is not even the bread bowl kind)? So i waited another 20 minutes and checked the tracker again and the tracker showed my food was DELIVERED ; i never received a call from the delivery driver; my pizza online profile left instruction for the driver to call my mobile number on file before knocking; so I called this store first a man picked up! I told him about my order that I haven't received that is saying is been delivered; he looked up my order and told me that my order HASN'T BEEN DELIVERED YET; that they intentionally marked it as delivered so they avoid negative online feedback! That my food was already on his way; I figured maybe let me wait another 20 minutes since driver is already supposedly according to the guy I had spoke too he is on he's way; 20 minutes turned into 2hours 45 minutes+ and still no food and no call nothing; mind you i was very hungry while all of this happened and had work early the next day; I waited for 3 hours now for a food that never showed up; I call the second time and this time I spoke the manager on duty Ebony; she was making bunch of excuses; saying I need to wait my turn; I told her I have been waiting for almost 3 whole hours!!! for a food that I was charged for that NEVER showed up; and I wanted a refund; she was very hostile, rude and unprofessional; and kept making excuse of being short staff; I don't think is fair that I must starve and be punished because you are shortstaffed; that's not how any customer should be treated; no customer charged for a meal that they never received and then on top of it be met with very nasty attitude and or insult and then also have so call pizza tracker claim the food was "delivered when the asscociate on the clock admitted himself that that my order WAS STILL ON IT'S WAY AND HADN'T BEEN DELIVERED YET!!!! that's very cruel and wicked to scam and lie to a customer and still charge them for something you never delivered; I would never recomemmd this place to anyone to eat( this experience I was subjected to is very cruel, dishonest and very much illegal!!! to do this to anyone! Read moreNew Managment is very RUDE. I believe her name is TT or Tiana I’m not sure but when I called to inquire about my delivery order she said the store was understaffed and busy. I said ok I understand, then she “checked” to see if it had left the store yet and she told me no. She advised me it had not left and that the next driver would take it when he got back. I waited about 45 mins and still no pizza.( I ordered on a Tuesday afternoon, around 2pm and called the first time @ 3:15pm) I called again and reminded her that it was me calling again and kindly asked if my pizza had left the store to where she replied: “I told you we were busy and understaffed It will be there when it gets there” at this point I was extremely upset and had a very hungry family so I simply asked for a refund because I ordered online and prepaid. She asks me if I would like a credit on my next order or she would comp me for this order, I said no I would just like a refund because Im sure by now my order was cold and not any good. She tells me that she would make it again so it would be fresh and it would take about a half hour. I told her, No because it’s already been two hours and what I had ordered was still at the store. She huffed and puffed and got an attitude about the situation, told me that the refund was done it would take about 3 days to go back to my account and quickly hung up. When i called back to ask her for proof of the refund she said I would have to pick up the receipt since I didn’t want to wait another “half hour, forty five mins” for a free fresh pizza. I’m still waiting for the money to be refunded, this was on New Year’s Day, and it is now January 7th I still have not received my refund of almost $55!!! Read moreThe staff is always usually really cheery at this location but I feel like they don't actually pay attention to your order regardless of what you order. Yoi dont get the same Pizza here that you do at other locations. I almost always get the same thing: two pizzas both 2 or 3 toppings Usually with extra cheese and extra sauce and the toppings are either extra or doubled. I'm ok with paying extra for toppings. It's almost $2 for extra toppings times two pizzas 3 toppings each and extra sauce and cheese I'm paying like an extra 10 bucks everytime and I usually get the normal amount of toppings I ask for and extra cheese. So why did I pay for Extra Toppings and double sauce. So today I just got a single pizza with a single topping. Then through their little app tracker it told me when my pizza came outta the oven 15 minutes after I ordered it. Then it it took them 30 minutes after it left the oven to get me my pizza. So they finally got my order right but here I am 45 minutes later $30 deep in a cold pizza where the cheese slid all the way to one side. And half the pizzas loaded and half has hardly any cheese and sauce and all of it's cold. And it's too late to go anywhere else to get food because Everything else closed at 12 clock.
