This is my first time placing a mobile order in a long time, the reason I decided to do this was because I was at work, I ordered a venti matcha strato frappuccino, with extra strawberry cold foam, when I went to pick up my drink it wasn't ready they were still making it, as Maddie was making it so she realized she had no strawberry puree for the cold foam, she asked one of her colleagues to get her some from the back, they brought it and put it on top of the counter with no communication that was there, in between that Maddie moved away to make other drinks for the drive-thru, I simply asked how much longer do I have to wait, maddie, replied I'm waiting for the puree, I said she put it on the counter for you, she started making faces and then she asked another colleague to get it done, he seemed New, and said I don't know how to do that, maddie oroceeded ti tell him how to do it, making him finesh my order, there was no sense of urgency to get my order completed, and on top of that it was wrong, I asked for one splash of classic syrup she did at least three, with the spleander, and I did not get extra cold foam I barely got any because her colleague, she made to finish my drink filled it all the way to the top, this is the last time I will be doing a mobile order and if I can stop anywhere closer to my home to get my Starbucks before coming to work I would do so, this was handled with no care at all, no courtesy at all, and for a Sunday evening where there was no one in there to be treated as if I didn't matter, and not to even have my drink ready, and it was made wrong I was really upset, because the amount of money spent at starbucks, only to have your order wrong on a a day where someone needs a pick me up, is totally unacceptable. I ordered a breakfast sandwich and when she gave it to me she didn’t even bother to keep it wrapped in the parchment paper, instead the exposed sandwich was just slapped together very sloppy and placed inside the Starbucks bag, and when asked about it she replied that’s how it is always presented. I explained to her that I have ordered the same breakfast sandwich from the Bordentown location for years and it has always been wrapped in the parchment paper and inserted into the bag. She then told me I was rude and said she would refund my money. She never apologized nor did she ask me if I wanted her to make another one. I have every intention on pursuing this further with the owner of the franchise as I did not deserve to be treated in that manner, aside from the fact that I am a regular customer who has never encountered this type of behavior and disrespect from anyone. The shift supervisors, Katie and April, can be found yelling at the baristas for their own mistakes and lead to an extremely uncomfortable and hostile environment. The store manager is uncaring about the issues happening when you report them to her, and nothing changes. Employees can often be found and overheard talking rudely about other employees over the headsets when they think no one is listening. I find this store absolutely hostile and disgusting and will never spend another dollar at this location. Management has frequently shown they are unwilling to create a welcome environment for even their own employees. It’s not a wonder my baristas seem to change every other day because no one wants to stay here. As long as a majority of the current employees work at this location, including almost the entire management structure, I will never come back and I recommend others...
