Mario & Franks II — Restaurant in Fieldsboro

I was there for the first time picking up pizza and wings. So many things that didn't seem right. First off. Price they gave me over the phone was not the same then what they charged me. Didn't even start some of the food until I got there 10 mins later. Counter girl was cutting slivers of the slices from the counter and eating in front of customer right next to food which is very unsanitary. Considering when she got busy she put the bitten slice of pizza on the counter to go do something then came back and continue eating and working with food as i watched her lick her fingers and not wash hands. Counter girl did not know what my order was after I gave her my pick up number. Once pizza came out the oven they put it in a box and never cut it. They just walked away didnt even cut it and let it sit there to get cold. Workers were arguing over something the entire time I was there. Pizza tasted like cardboard. The entire container they put the wings in was flooded to the top with sauce. I asked for blue cheese with the wings and did not receive. I was a first time customer and will NOT...

My neighbor and I went here on Sunday, August 7th and it started out nice. We were able to sit outside, we were the only ones there. Server came after 10 minutes and took our order. Had to wait a while for the appetizer and our meals. It wasn't really crowded. Finally meal came the food was good. we ask for the check. Thank God I always looks at my bills. He overcharged us on the appetizer and the two meals. I told him, that is not what the price on the menu that was given to us. He said, oh, they probably forgot to change the menu and I said well too bad, you have to honor the price that was on our menu. Its' not our fault that someone forgot to update it. We went off that price. He said ok and came back, He only changed one of the entry, and I said no way. He took it back again and it was right, but off by a few cents and I said just forget it. My husband and I ordered Antipasto salads and garlic cheese bread from there. We were told delivery time was 45min. Well, it took an hour and 15min for it to arrive. Then, the salads more represented a chef's salad and had a ton of thick cut pickles in it as well as way too many hot peppers. It was terrible. The onions were cut super thick as well and many ingredients that DO go into an antipasto salad were just not there. The garlic cheese bread was cold and the roll was stale. The butter dripped off and the cheese was cold and hard. Disgusting to say the least. To top everything off, I woke up in the middle of the night with severe stomach pains and 'other' things going on. I believe the lunch meat that was in the salad was bad or something- I definitely had a terrible reaction to whatever was in there. This is the last time we "take a chance" with them.
