Subway — Restaurant in Bossier City

I went to the Subway and ordered a traditional Ruben. There were 2 people ahead of me an no one behind me. The 2 in front of me paid and left and then I paid and left. When I got back to work I had a chicken bacon sandwich. Nothing near what I saw them make. I called and was told that I had to bring back my sandwich and receipt to show proof and then could get another sandwich. I let her know I only have 1 hour and I had already used 40 minutes of it driving there and back. I could not make it there and back and was told "Oh Well I'm sorry anything else I can do for you? Not a good experience at all. I walked in. Ordered my sandwich and when they asked if I wanted it toasted I simply said "no ma'am". She said ok and passed it to the next girl for my veggies. Next thing I know she's putting it in the oven, not a big deal. But I never get my sandwich baked. I told the girl I didn't want it toasted politely. And she fixed it. I thought everything was good. I thanked them and then dined in. But the next thing I know the manager and girl who made my sandwich are talking bad about me. For what reason? I don't know. I wasn't the one who made the mistake. They can talk all they want, but at least let the customer leave before doing it....

They must have new people in there because everyone who touched my food messed something up. First guy gave me flat read when I asked for the Italian and was adamant that was the Italian. Dealt with it. He then chatted with another worker about how he is gonna quit so I couldn't ask him for a second item. Next guy puts spinach on my sandwich when I ask for lettuce. Had to correct him.
