Wings 'N' Rice — Restaurant in Bossier City

Good food that is tainted by front desk customer service. I believe Jae You is the owner so this message is for him.

I love the establishment but there have been many times that people have complained about the ladies leaving the phone "off the hook" so people can't call in. My particular experience was with a short dark haired Caucasian girl who likes to wear a hat and has found face features.

She put me on hold and then left the phone for 10 minutes before I hung up. I then began driving to wings n rice (30 minute trip) and the phone was still off the hook (I called in to a busy signal when I arrived to make sure).

When asked about it the girl lied to me and then was very short. These are the types of employees that can kill a business. Not only is she depriving the business of customers but she is leaving then reluctant to return for a period of time (took me about 4 months to try again after last time).

It's been a few months since I've eaten here but it just seems to be slowly going downhill. I will say that the fried rice is still good. Still a good amount of rice for what you pay and still has that straight from the wok crispy texture. The chicken on the other hand....got the 15 boneless combo in smoke bbq is the flavor I pick. The breading on the chicken was just peeling off, almost like it was cheap microwaved tenders and the smoke bbq sauce had no flavor to it. Used to have a wonderful pronounced smell that you can distinguish when you grab and go and it's in the car with you, but didn't really get that smell this time. The food wasn't terrible and I didn't have to wait long for it. Maybe it was an off day?! Last time was similar but that was months ago and everyone has an off day, so...

I spent $31.12 for a 10 pc boneless combo, 6 bone in wings and a order of corn nuggets and 2 bottled beverages. Never again in life will I spend money with them again I set with a elderly women, and it’s not enough to feed her dog I’m so mad it’s not even tasty a waist of money then have a nerve to be all snobby with me like I don’t belong ! We you don’t have to worry about my service any more honey. And not to mention the boneless wings wasn’t anything but cut up little chicken strips wow!! I’m done. Talking about that’s how it comes! People spend good money we ALL DESERVE GOOD...
