Very nasty inviornment dont know how to treat there staff thats y they were always so miserable cause maryanne made them feel like slaves i was 1 of them i should know but she she ahouldnt even have any tpe of authority considering all she does is get high on dayquil all day at work and who knows what else smh always leaving ne and another worker by ourselves so she can go smoke in the back stair well ir even at the computer in the back and sge gets away with ur cause the cameras dont work.shes just trash for even acting the way she did considering shes always high i get it but i didnt deserve it cause i was always reliable and as soon as gabe was out if site age be of n running and we couldnt find her sometimes for even an hour shed be missing but i had a bad attitude because she never trained any of us and expected us to be humble when theres a libe out tge door none stop customers knew how hard it was for me everyday would even hand me mobey in my hand cause tgey felt bad that i put up with such poor managment the food station was looking like a dumpster for months i heard qnd when i aeen it i disgusted me another employee who quit calked board of health on them cause there managment dont know how to be a good manager thats why they cant find any people that are actually happy enough to stay there and put up wit there dumb asses and gabe ua the most fakest person u could meet acts lije he likes u but us quickly to believe hear say than belueve it actualky coming from the persons mouth smh but its cool cause niw people kbow how filrhy ur establishment us and hopwfully wont eat there any more if they dont...

My friend and I go every morning to get breakfast, we never had an issue always lovely staff. Today was the worse experience, the girl (refused to give her name) at the cashier was disrespectful and rude. She Had a terrible attitude when we walked in and made us wait an awful long time for a pick up order (that was already ready). She kept looking at us, in a very disrespectful way. My friend forgot to add her ice coffee to her order (which is free when you order online) and asked another employee for a cup of ice, that’s when she proceeded to threatening my friend and telling her “I will let it slide this time”. She kept repeating herself, until we responded back. The worse experience we have had. The manager never came out to ask if everything was okay, which I find ridiculous because she was in the back room. We will not be returning back because the customer service needs to improve. Once again everyone else was fine, it’s just the cashier who needs to improve her...

I have been trying for the past two weeks to get the western brisket sandwich. I have ordered online twice for pick up and my order has gotten canceled. I have went into the store now twice and both times was unable too. The one time I went to the store and the ran out of bagels. Now today when I went they refused to make the sandwich and had signs posted they were out of cream cheese. I have also been trying to call the location multiple times with getting looped continuously and ultimately hung up on by the automatic machine. The employees were not helpful in trying to connect me to a manager or explain as to why I could not get any human on the phone with several attempts and started to cuss and talk about me as I was a walking out with two children.
