Today was the worse experience, the girl (refused to give her name) at the cashier was disrespectful and rude. She Had a terrible attitude when we walked in and made us wait an awful long time for a pick up order (that was already ready). She kept looking at us, in a very disrespectful way. My friend forgot to add her ice coffee to her order (which is free when you order online) and asked another employee for a cup of ice, that’s when she proceeded to threatening my friend and telling her “I will let it slide this time”. She kept repeating herself, until we responded back. The worse experience we have had. The manager never came out to ask if everything was okay, which I find ridiculous because she was in the back room. We will not be returning back because the customer service needs to improve. Read moreI have been trying for the past two weeks to get the western brisket sandwich. I have ordered online twice for pick up and my order has gotten canceled. I have went into the store now twice and both times was unable too. The one time I went to the store and the ran out of bagels. Now today when I went they refused to make the sandwich and had signs posted they were out of cream cheese. I have also been trying to call the location multiple times with getting looped continuously and ultimately hung up on by the automatic machine. The employees were not helpful in trying to connect me to a manager or explain as to why I could not get any human on the phone with several attempts and started to cuss and talk about me as I was a walking out with two children.
