The food quality here, as always, is amazing. But their service has gone wayyyy down hill. Three times in a row ordering from here they have screwed up. First time I asked for a topping on a pizza and it came as just cheese (I was charged for the topping). Second time I ordered two chicken Caesar salads and they came delivered without chicken. And today I ordered food, was told 20 minutes until it was ready, showed up a few mins early and paid. I saw what looked like my order on top of the oven but my name wasn’t called so I figured someone else got something similar (large pizza and a side). After ten minutes I finally asked the girl (who was busy on her cellphone the entire time) at the counter if it was mine, she casually checked the name and brought it up to me. NBD, just been chilling here waiting for my food that’s been ready for 10+ mins, keep doing your thing on social media though.
