They have done a great job of expanding the menue to include more options in pasta and pizza crust, sauce, and toppings. Truth be told, I really order only one pizza from Domino's and that is the Pacific Veggie specialty pizza. I'm a vegetarian. Often veggie pizzas all seem alike: same toppings similar taste. This pizza is very different in that it has a broad variety of toppings including spinach and broccoli and feta(added to the traditional cheese). I only add Jalapeños for additional kick. I order it on thin crust(only available on med. or large) with traditional sauce. It is a great pizza for what it is. colleagues have been happy with the meat laden pizza's as well. Dominos app is fairly easy to use although it can be unclear as to whether you are adding another pizza or adding on to the one you are building, but once you get the hang of it it's not an issue. The app seems accurate and the only issue I have had is that I'm not sure that they read the notes. I worked in a store for awhile and everytime, no matter what we wrote, the driver would go to the bank that shared our parking lot. Dominos also has it's own fleet of delivery cars with a pizza oven inside. So unless your driver is a real putz and visiting friends during deliveries, your pizza should be delivered feeling and tasting...

The quality of food is reliably average. It's a dice roll if the drivers pay any attention to the delivery instructions you give. Heaven help you if there's ever a problem. More than once I've had my food simply not show up, and the response is always the same. I call once, they say "I'm so sorry, but your food is on the way and the driver should be there very soon." When it never shows up, the second call gets a sincere sounding "I'm so sorry, the driver said they delivered it, unfortunately they've already gone home, but if you call tomorrow someone will make this right." The next day, the call you make will tell you "I'm so sorry, I can't do anything, but if you want to call back on [whatever day they mention] when the manager is working, they can help you then." When you finally do get to speak to the manager, they'll tell you it's been too long to do anything. They might offer you a coupon for a future order. If the website allowed me to order from a different restaurant I would, sadly it automatically sends my orders to this one. But if you don't have to deal with this nonsense, spare yourself...

I made my order at 1029pm its 1217am and im still waiting ive called the store a few times they made it so i cant call after the 3rd call ive now called 18 times.. mind you they close at 1 and I'm 7 months pregnant... james put my order in at 1029 and yet im still waiting this is the 3rd time ive waited really long for an order their night crew is garbage!! Ive made the order now for a second time and this order is moving faster.. but im still waiting for either one to be delivered not that i can call the store to complain or cancel they made it so i cant... im all set with this Domino's and no other one will deliver.. i have 2 kids 3 INCLUDING the one in my belly ... and we just got back from a long day and hours of traffic the kids were sleeling so i didnt stop for McDonalds.. i placed an order with dominos instead to meet me at the house and clearly im not getting it ... what a waste of time and what a waste of money it will be if it ever gets here .. since its going to be cold..
