Dunkin' — Restaurant in Boston

The woman manager with the space between her teeth was very rude to my boyfriend. I think she took it personally when she messed up on his order and he politely asked for the correct thing. She wasn't even the one that took his order and she argued with him that that is what he ordered . So they took a look at the receipt and lo and behold, he knew what he ordered after all .she got very confrontational. The workers also seemed to tiptoe around her and not feel comfortable which made it for an uncomfortable situation for all. I feel bad for them having to work under such a Negative vibe and it would seem to be like a very controlling up forehand abuse of management.. Originally I complimented her Santa hat because it was cute and she looked at me with a mean face because she couldn't hear me so when I repeated it she seemed to feel a little stupid for being in attack mode. I actually got a smile and didn't think anything of it until the rest happened.. Maybe she was just having a bad day but overall it was a bad experience for us due to that and for the employees sake or for the sake of that Dunkin Donuts so they don't keep losing employees I hope that it was just a bad day and that she does treat them with respect unlike what...

The last two days I ordered my coffee here the order has been absolutely wrong. Usually they have it right I don’t ask for anything crazy “medium iced caramel latte with milk” today they almost handed me a large and then when I said medium they didn’t even look at my order and gave me a regular coffee with milk. Trusting they got it right this time I drove off and then tasted the coffee and it was just too strong and the label for what I ordered was wrong. Two days in a row the wrong order not to mention another two weeks ago they did the same thing and got the order wrong. It stinks because I don’t have time to turn around and go in to fix the order because I have to head to work . I just wish I could have a refund or a card to use for the next time I go but I will not be coming back to this location any longer. People ask for crazy orders all the time, mine is not hard or crazy to put together pour in the ice and then the coffee with the milk and add a caramel...

This is the closest coffee place to my house, so I've gone in more than a few times now. I always have trouble getting someone's attention, and when I do, I normally get handed my mobile order with just a "here you go" and they run off. Today, three different employees just stared blankly at me when I asked for my mobile order I had placed twenty minutes prior, then I was handed a latte without a label on it. I had to throw it away after one sip because it had dairy milk. There were two cars in the drive-thru and nobody else in-store, so the too-busy-to-talk vibe was strange.
