Received a DD gift card for Mothers day 2020 from my Gdot, so I used it at 1200 Hyde Park Ave location around 2:50 pm 5/18/ 20 where I was patronized by a very nice latino woman to be specific, ordering the back by popular demand Butter Pecan Iced Coffee, and the new to me Protien Muffin, who she had the food attendant gentlemen working with her retrieve, let me also remind you that during these Covid-19 times, I saw that I had to go inside due to no drive thru available. That was the best service I was given in years, my order in front of me within one minute, and the Muffin was bakery fresh, with the Iced Coffee made to perfection. What I fabulous team they have...

The workers just sat there, one lady behind the counter. . My coffee is water down . Idk these workers,but my friend did. They were awful rude to me, the lady just looking at me after I asked for a separate bag for an everything bagel n cranberry muffin. She shoved it all in one bag ! Apologizing after I looked at her with question. The lady was so rude,she shouldn't be behind the counter! I'm telling everyone I know. It was WRONG ! This place is garbage.Mostly the workers....

Rude customer service at this location. I accidentally ordered a hot coffee, because it popped up standard with the $5 meal deal, and when I went inside, apologized, and asked if I could get it iced, they told me "no, people do this all the time to get free food." It cost less than 20 cents to make a cup of coffee. They could use some hospitality training. I'll NEVER go back to...
