They enforce the policy quite well, but the patrons don't mind. Masks can be removed only during mastication of comestibles and adult beverage consumption. Soft drinks and coffee/tea, too. Very clean facilities except for the betting floor that have the proverbial, strewn loosing betting slips. They do get swept up quickly, though.
