I gave this location 4/5 stars because it's poorly set up and very cramped. Don't get me wrong, the concept is good and if you were immediately leaving through the side door, located at the back of the restaurant, it's fine. It's cramped otherwise, especially of you are turning around to go back to the "bar" to get straws, napkins, sprinkle on add ins etc, then exiting back into the hospital or through the Binny St. entrance. As a wheelchair user, it's just extra tight, but people are kind and polite and will gladly step aside with a polite "excuse me."
I also have it a 4/5 because I've visited this location multiple times over the 6 years I've lived in Boston and have been affiliated with the BI. About half the time I go in there they seem to be out of my 1st and often second choices of what I'm looking for. Occasionally they've been out of everything I've wanted and I've left empty handed. Mind you this could be their tiny footprint and extremely busy LMA location, but frustrating...
Read moreI order the mango dragon fruit drink in the morning and tasted like straight up sugar. So I only drink half and threw it out. Normally it doesn’t taste this sweet.
Then in the afternoon my friend and I went to this Starbucks again. My friend order a very berry hibiscus and I saw the barista just pouring the juice straight into the cup. She didn’t even put it in the shaker. Also, I notice she didn’t even put any water in it. My friend drink it and it tasted like straight up sugar again. So we went back to ask for a remake. We saw how she remade the drink . She just pour the juice into the cup again and added tiny water. Then pour it into the shaker and shake it up. It stilled tasted straight up sugar. I know that you are suppose to measure the amount of juice and water in the shaker. She just pour random amount into the cup. So at the end my friend just drink A zip and threw it out. It was very...
Read moreCame here for the second time ever, food was cold and expired. The orange tag I saw with my bag I purchased was orange and showed it was past the date. They smack fruit flies with the wash rag they use to clean the fridges. The manager is loud and rude. Said it wasn't expired and "it didn't have mold" so I could eat it. The bagel was hard as a rock, I almost chipped my tooth on the bagel alone, there was a circular mold around it. It looks hairy. And my frappe was so watered down I felt like I was drinking sewage water. I even found a fruit fly in my drink. I am NEVER ever, coming back to this place again. If I could give 0 stars I would. I am reporting...
