Sun Pizza — Restaurant in Boston

I usually loveee suns pizza but after this experience i will never order from them again. Their website and my confirmation email stated the right address when i put it in, when it was time for my food to be delivered the driver called me. I tried to reason with him and tell him that where I was because I didn’t see his car anywhere, instead of listening to me he yelled at me and cussed me out in his language. Never did I disrespect or give this driver an attitude until he kept yelling at me and disrespecting me when i nicely told him I do not see his car. I express that what he was saying was rude and that I am trying to have respect for him but he kept refusing to speak to me with a respectful tone and hung up in my face as i continued to try to help him. I called the store and just wanted a refund but they kept trying to offer me to tell them the address again i didn’t feel comfortable dealing with that rude driver so I refused and tried to reason for a refund to be issued but they didn’t want to do that so I ended up with no food and my money not refunded. Never again, I want people to be aware of what delivery drivers they’re dealing with when they consider ordering...

Our family ordered a large order of chicken for a funeral. Somehow they took down a different date than what was needed. Louis the manager was not very concerned with how the mistake happened for such a large order, with no double or triple checking. I would absolutely not use this business for anything in which you need a large order filled for a special occasion. When a business doesn’t care how mistakes happen, they will repeat them. The shame is that we saved them money by looking into the situation, saving them from filling an order and having it refused at their expense. You’d think Louis would take the time to figure out how he lost a large order like that, but when owners hire managers that are incompetent, this is the kind execution you get....

Suns Pizza is simply the best ! I give excellent gratitude towards, all of the employees, who make this lovely urban corner restaurant what it is, till this day. Very professional, great food business ! Good customer service skills, from younger and older employees, and they all, do the right thing, nothing crooked ! Some times, the drinks have little particles, in it. I often have to pour out almost all of my drinks unless, it's the small plastic bottles. I even had to "pour out", one of the small bottles.The can goods are very trickery, maybe you have to pour some of it out at the beginning, but maybe you can drink it all the way maybe you have to pour most of them out but The 2 liter bottle's of liquid's cleansliness is...
