OMG! The food we received was old! The egg rolls were hard on the outside, cold on the inside and the contents smelled rotten. The rice tasted like .. I'm how do I even describe this, like dust. The shrimp inside was brown! It had an after taste. The chicken wings were fried to a crisp. The chicken fingers were dry on the inside as if sitting for days and fried. The scallion pancakes were regular pancake batter with scallions! Who does that?! Even the fortune cookies were stale but soft?? What?? The vegetable tofu had veges not even steamed or cooked. Just plopped inside the container. The tofu had a chicken after taste. It's suppose to be vegetarian! They gave us so many boneless spareribs even though we were only suppose to get 4 in the pool poo platter. Those were fried out also. The ONLY thing that was somewhat ok, were spring rolls which had so much dough you couldn't even taste the cabbage in it. And that was the only vegetable in it. Avoid this place like the plague. I have to be honest, there are Chinese joints in rural Maine who do it better than this place. With all the good restaurants in Boston, I don't get how this place is doing business at all. Maybe different tastes. I got General Tso's tofu and a lychee bubble tea. The tofu was not breaded or starched before it was fried, and it had weirdly unappealing hard edges. The General Tso's sauce was more like a bottle of sweet chili sauce mixed with a ton of onion. I'm not an expert, but literally every General Tso's I've had EVER has been a brown sauce. ok. It was spicy, at least. That was the sole redeeming quality. The bubble tea was strangely cloudy and tasted like it was just syrup. I tried my best to eat the tofu, but flagged after 3 chunks. If you're ok with quantity over quality then this is your place. You get a decent amount of food but most of the time its trash. Sometimes it tastes pretty good but its definitely not somewhere ill eat when I have money to spend and want good food. The crab ragoons are terrible a little bit of filling and some have no filling at all. Im allergic to shellfish I have a small reaction to it and I had no reaction to their ragoons nor did I taste any...just cream cheese. I ordered some tonight and it was at its worst the sauce smelt like someone threw up in it...beet on a stick was over cooked and chewy...when I dont feel like cooking and i have pocket change I usually order vegetable lo mein sesame chicken and beef on a stick for my son...but after smelling it tonight my son wants nothing from here again...im not sure if it went bad or what but it...
